We ship via USPS using the Priority Mail and First Class Mail Options. Depending on what the item is typically they go the First Class Route. If you need something Expedited or in a super Rush please contact us to see what we can do , we have no problem with Rush Orders as long as they are something that can be completed within a Reasonable Amount of time. We enjoy making our Customers Happy so please do not hesitate in asking us if it is possible for a Rush / Expedited Order!
Please Note we are Not Responsible for Delays in the Shipping Process, Country Taxes, etc.... We will pack our items with the Utmost care to insure they arrive safely and not damaged. After they leave us and the Post Office has them in hand we are not responsible for their errors but we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive the item you paid for and in the condition it should be in. We do understand that things can happen in transit so whatever we can do on our end to help or resolve any issues, we will most assuredly do!!
If we have confirmation of Delivery through the tracking number and Postal Service BUT you still have not received your items then PLEASE CONTACT US PROMPTLY. Please also Contact YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AS WELL so that you know what may be going on, on your end. We will DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER on our Part to help you through any PROBLEMS, ISSUES, ETC...that may come along if needed. A few Policies that we have of our own to help the shopping process be more clear and smooth!
1. REFUNDS :
Please Note : We want all of our Customers to be Happy so please do not hesitate to conversation us with any Refund Requests, Problems, Questions, etc... Even if it is outside of our Policy Rules we will always try and work out the Best Possible Solution for any situation that may happen :)
If you Purchase an item with us and wish to cancel within a 24 Hour period, please send us the Request and we will review your order. If the order has NOT been already started into Production then yes we have no problem with a Full Refund, within the 24 Hour time Period.
If your Order IS ALREADY in production and the 24 Hours have already passed then no we can not give you a Full Refund. We can offer you the Shipping Money Back plus half of what you paid for the Product. ( DEPENDING ON THE ITEM AND EXTENT OF WHAT IT IS)
If this is a CUSTOM ORDER that we can not re-use or resell then we apologize we can not offer you a Refund except for the Shipping. ( IF IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED)
THESE POLICIES ABOVE FOR PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND ARE FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET!
If your Item HAS been Shipped and you receive your item and it is absolutely not what you wanted, you are very unhappy with the product, or there is something wrong with it PLEASE CONTACT US PROMPTLY AND PROVIDE PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGE, ETC...
Please know that we want you to be Satisfied with your purchase but we are not responsible for Return Shipping. That is up to the Buyer. ( UNLESS THE ISSUE IS BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE ON OUR END ) If the situation comes down to you wanting to send the whole item back please remember you are responsible for the Return Shipping and we will discuss the details via Conversation.
If your item is DAMAGED via USPS please PROVIDE PICTURES because we can File a Claim with the Post Office for the Insurance coverage if there is any put on the item.
We will always try to resolve any issues our Customers may have to the best of our ability!!!
If you are having us make a Custom Order for you please help us keep the Communication Process going Smoothly which we will definitely do as well on our side.
We ask that you are able to answer any Questions we may have about your item within at least a 48 Hour Time Period for example:
Questions about the Image, Size, Color, etc....
If you are having us create a Proof for you to see before we Engrave or Cut please be note that we will send you the Proof within a 24 hour period and we need your response within 2 days after that to begin the process.
If you are having us do a RUSH ORDER please note that we will need all information pertaining to your Order Promptly to insure we get your item or items to you on time!
