We have no way to track anything down and do not know or understand the workings of other countries postal systems.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Please check the ship date of your item(s) on your receipt, if your ship date is later than the date of your event, it is your responsibility to let us know during check out in the "Notes" section, so we can get your items out accordingly.

If you fail to tell us the date of your event and your item(s) arrive after your event date, we will no longer be accepting refunds. It is not our responsibility, to ask you what your event dates are.

If your item is damaged or any other issues, you must provide photos of the damage item(s) within 3 days of your tracking delivery confirmation, or your request for a refund/exchange will not be accepted.

If your request for a refund is accepted we must receive the item(s) back no more than 7 days.

For all custom orders - There will be no refunds unless the item(s) are damaged. Again you must provide photos of the damage item(s) 3 days of your tracking delivery confirmation.

If you package has been lost please note: I will file a loss/theft report with the US Postal Inspector. They can be very helpful in finding missing packages within the postal system due to theft/fraud/missed delivery.
