Gemstones are some of natures most fascinating handiwork. Sometimes they contain natural faults, inclusions, and stress fractures. This can add to or detract from the beauty of the stone. Sometimes though these natural imperfections just don't work for the piece you had in mind. If you are ever not satisfied, for any reason, you can return any stone within seven days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. I only ask that you ship it back in the original method I sent it including insurance and delivery confirmation. The Post Office is not infallible, and it shouldnt come between folks doing business.
I have a ten stone ten percent off policy. I will revise your paypal invoice after purchase.

**A NOTE ON COLOR** I shoot all my photos with 5500 K Daylight bulbs and a Nikon 5700 digital slr. And I use the cameras white balance for each set of shots. I do not alter color in any of my photos. I do however adjust the brightness to match the stone in a side by side monitor to stone comparison. This is to make the photo look as natural to the stone as possible. However all cameras and computers vary in the way they represent color. As well as viewers perception of colors they see. Nikons have a tendency to accentuate reds and associated colors. Reds and oranges may appear more vibrant in photos than they actually are. My color perception is not as acute or discerning in the red/green spectrum, (I fail those little dot tests in that range) so I make no attempt to try and adjust the color the camera gives me. And the photos are usually just fine. But if the colors are critical to your choice, be aware of that possibility, and contact me prior to purchase. Thank you so much.
