UK - Parcels will be sent First Class via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 working days. If you would like this signed for or special delivery please email before purchasing.
Rest of the world - outside of UK - Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (used to be AirMail). Parcels take 2-3 weeks to arrive and sometimes up to 5-6weeks. This is non trackable, I can only investigate a missing parcel after 6 weeks.

Returns & exchanges
If you've fallen out of love with the item when it arrives, please contact me within 3 working days of it arriving. I will accept returns and refund the cost of the item, but cannot refund any postage costs. The item will need to be returned in the same clean and packaged condition it was dispatched in. The item must be returned within 7 days of your receiving it. I cannot be responsible for breakages during transit, but please contact me if there is damage and I maybe able to resolve the situation.
Dispatch time is the time it takes me to prepare and pack an order, if a shipping upgrade is purchase the time shown will apply once the item has been dispatched. Eg. 2 days to prepare + shipping upgrade of 5 working days for shipping.
Customer is responsible for supplying the correct address, I cannot cover the additional shipping to reship, after the customer has provided an incorrect address, customer will need to pay to reship the item, if it is returned to sender. Customer is responsible for collecting the parcel from their local post office.
