SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED! Your chocolates will be at risk of damage and melting if left on your doorstep. For that reason, we require signature confirmation. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, please have them delivered to your workplace, neighbor's, relative's, etc. or ask that your package be held at your local post office for pick up.
Shipping varies with each order. We try very hard to get you the least expensive yet safest way to receive your package. Once we know your order, we can adjust your checkout with a reserved listing just for you. IF SHIPPING COSTS LESS THAN WHAT YOU WERE CHARGED, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE OVERPAYMENT.
Shipping chocolates: to ship chocolates you must purchase cool packs to ensure your order arrives safely. Please note that your items cannot be left under the sun or in warm environments as they will melt. We generally ship items on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday to ensure that no boxes are sitting around in transit on a Sunday.
We use USPS but are flexible and can use a different carrier if you so choose. We can also provide rush shipping. Just message us and we'll work out any extra cost that we encounter.
In some instances we can arrange for hand delivery in the Los Angeles area for a small fee. If you would like this option, please message us so that we can see if your order qualifies.

Returns & exchanges
There is nothing worse than receiving an order intended for a beautiful event or as a gift only to find that it has been damaged. We appreciate the disappointment that our customers feel should their package arrive in less than perfect condition. For this reason, Chocolate Bisou is willing to offer a refund in the event your chocolates were damaged even after all necessary precautions were taken. Necessary precautions include:
1: ice packs were purchased 2: signature confirmation was obtained on the first delivery attempt 3: proof of damage is provided to Chocolate Bisou by way of photos
In the event your items were damaged even after all necessary precautions were taken, Chocolate Bisou will issue a refund of the cost of the item only. We cannot issue a refund for any shipping costs or costs of ice packs.

Chocolate Bisou cannot offer refunds on items lost in the mail. We provide tracking numbers with each shipment.
NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?
Please carefully select the items you wish to purchase. We provide customization so that each item you receive fits your color scheme and theme. We also provide photos of samples made especially for you. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for items that are not exactly what you expected.
Chocolate Bisou does not under any circumstance accept any returns whatsoever.
Please note that our items are made in a facility that processes nuts and soy.
