Regular Standard Shipping: Shipping to Canada and Within the USA are through regular post ( Standard USPS First Class or USPS Standard Light Boxes ). Typical Standard Insured Shipping by US Postal Service is around $5.
Priority Shipping: Orders can be shipped via Priority Mail upon request. The Extra Cost for Shipping Via Priority Mail versus Standard Mail will be added to the order, if Priority shipment is requested upon placing an order. Priory Shipping rate would be about $7 - $10.
Tracking and Insurance: All orders are insured and may require a signature depending on Postal Service Requirements. Tracking may not be available for certain orders, depending on the Destination Country or Region.
International Shipment: If your Country requires a VAT ( Value Added Tax), Sales Tax, Brokerage Fees, Custom Clearance Fees on international purchases, this amount will be added to your final total as determined by your VAT System. These Fees are not part of the Sales Price of the products listed in the store. They are calculated and added by your Country of Residence.
VAT ( Value Added Tax): Is a tax applied by some Countries based on the value of the item.
Shipping Time: To Canada: About 7 to 14 Days USA Mainland: 4 to 10 Days Other Countries: 2 Weeks to 6 Weeks
There is no refund for Shipping. Only the cost of the product is refunded, if returned in its original state without any damage, and within the stated time period below.
All Shipment returned due to incorrect address will be charged the Shipping Charge for that order, so please check your address before completing your order.
Payment: All Shipments are sent the next day after payment has been posted on our PayPal Account.
Canada Customers: Etsy will Automatically charge a local Sales Tax for all orders Originating from Canada.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges: All Orders can be returned or Exchanged in their original State, if returned within the following Time Frame:
USA: Within 7 Days Canada: Within 12 Days International Orders: Within 21 Days
Customers must contact us 7 days Upon receiving their order, to discuss any returns or refunds, or damages to their order prior to returning any orders, for proper information on how to return their order, and to ensure the right refund of any amount due to them. All returned Items must be well packed with bubble protective material or as was originally sent by us. Returns must also be insured for its original value. Orders returned without Insurance on the item, will be charged to the customer if lost.
Please contact us first with any claims you may have, before proceeding with an Etsy or PayPal Non-Delivery Claim.
Non-Delivery Period: Please allow the following time for lost or non-delivery items, to give us time to contact the carrier to track the order. Canada: 21 Days USA: 21 Days International: 45 Days
If you paid through PayPal, you have up to 60 Days to file a claim if your issue can not be resolved by a seller. Be sure to contact me within 50 days to discuss any issues you may have. I will do our best to resolve your issue within this time period.
There is no Refund for Shipping Charges, Insurance, Taxes or Brokerage charges. Sahara Supplies reserves the right to refuse any returns, if the buyer fails to contact us before any items are returned.
