Your purchase will be shipped within three working days from your payment clearing.
Please ensure that you indicate you mailing address accurately when finalising your order. In the case that your mailing address listed on your Etsy invoice is different from the one on your PayPal, we will take your Etsy address as our shipping reference.
LOCAL (AUSTRALIA) We use Standard Delivery through Australia Post. Australian deliveries will be delivered 2-5 days after placing your order. If you would like to express post, please convo us before making payment to add cost. A “tracking” number will be emailed to you when the item has been purchased and sent. You can track your purchase by searching your “tracking” number on the Australian Post Website. Standard Delivery does not guarantee cover on lost or damaged parcels.
INTERNATIONAL Neon HOUSE* ship by Registered Airmail for a parcel to reach you within 1-3 weeks. International orders cannot be tracked and once they have left the country we do not take on the responsibility for lost mail. Upon request we can email an Article ID as proof of mail being sent. Standard registered airmail does not guarantee cover on lost or damaged parcels. We do however advise that you contact (convo) us for the option of buying insurance for your package to arrive safely before placing your order.

Returns & exchanges
All our products are custom made and cancellation or change of mind need to be requested with 24 hours of placing your order. You can do this by contacting us through our ETSY page. Our QC team (quality and control) assess and inspect each and every item before carefully packaging and posting items. If you think an item is faulty please 'convo' us as soon as possible with a photo and stating the type fault. If an item is deemed faulty, the customer will be given the option of either receiving a full refund or re-selecting an item to the same value.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? All our products are custom made and cancellation or change of mind need to be requested with 24 hours of placing your order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CUSHIONS? • Vacuum regularly on a low suction. • Position away from direct sunlight. • Professional DRY CLEANING recommended.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY CUSHIONS? At Charlie and Fenton we source our textiles from designer fabric houses (unless specified) therefore we advise that they should be professionally dry cleaned.
CAN I SPOT CLEAN? It is best to treat spills as soon as possible. Gently scrape any soil and/or mop any liquid from the surface using a white sponge/chux. Use upholstery shampoo strictly according to instructions or warm soapy water. DO NOT saturate the fabric or interior with water or other cleaning liquids. • Dry in shade away from direct heat and sunlight. • Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.
