-Time, Tracking, and Shipping-

Orders generally take one to four months (4-16 weeks) to be made and to get out for domestic orders if no date is requested, and about a month longer for international orders. I will work with you on shipping dates, however, if no date is requested, your order will most likely arrive later than the estimated dates due to how busy the shop is. As for international orders, you must purchase a shipping upgrade to be able to request a date, and the same rule applies with how busy the shop may be.

You will be issued a tracking number and anything that happens after I ship your order is all up to USPS, however, I will do my best to assist you in ensuring safe arrival of your order. Mail carriers are out of my control so any mistakes, delays, and damages are not the fault of my shop, so please do not rate my shop based on a carrier mistake. Failure to request a date is the fault of the buyer; please refer to my payment policies.

I cannot estimate accurate times for international orders without a shipping upgrade, so you're better off asking USPS or someone with greater experience; generally they take 2-3 weeks to ship, possibly a month in some countries. I can give you a better estimate of shipping time if you are buying an international shipping upgrade.

Products that are discounted or free for giveaways (or other events) will likely be delayed until the shop is low on orders unless requested in otherwise. I usually run these events when I have the time to get these products out but there may be exclusions.

-Cost and Insurance-

Shipping cost involves delivery, safe packaging, and time. Shipping prices have been reconfigured for your convenience; if you purchase a shipping upgrade for one part of a multiple part order, you must purchase one for each item (exclusions apply), in otherwise your products could be delayed and the upgrade canceled. If you have any questions about this, feel free to message me! Shipping upgrades only apply after the period required for making the horns. To prioritize horns to get out even faster, please purchase from the Shipping Upgrade listing featured in my shop.

Normal shipping is not insured to cut costs for customers. If you would like insurance on your package, please select Priority Mail or higher and insurance will be included.


-Safe Payment-

You can pay safely through Etsy or Paypal, meaning that if you don’t trust me (or anyone on the internet) as a seller, you have an option to open a case (or dispute) to get your money back if you have contacted me about a missing shipment and I have not responded for a number of days. I usually respond the same day or the next day, but may not receive the notification for your message or email. Please talk to me if you are concerned about your order.



Orders that are either:
A) A $50+ purchase
B) A unique or rarely ordered item
are not eligible for refunds unless you have a valid reason (Mistake or change in the order) and are approved by the shop owner.
*Orders that do not fit these criteria still must be approved.

You should consider your sale to be final and unchangeable in most circumstances. If you are having horns remade, you do not get a refund, just a re-shipment of the horns in exchange for the original pair.

-----Negative effects of disputes-----

It will take a longer time to receive your money and you will not win both the item and your money. No good seller will refund without a return of product and you must clear the return with me first.

Due to these products being made to order specifically for you, suddenly withdrawing money will affect you, myself, and other buyers so please talk to me about any issues you may have before cancelling payments or opening disputes. Opening a dispute immediately withdraws the money from my account, but you will not receive it until the case is closed, so please consider going to me instead for a more immediate refund.

As much as I would hate to do this, if you open a dispute instead of talking to me and refuse to close it, you will likely be receiving the product you ordered and no refund so again consider working with me instead.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
-Shipping Damages-

Any damages or lost products are the fault of USPS, not this shop, so dispute with the shipping company you are given the tracking number for. I can try to help with the process if you send me a message. If you do not choose a shipping option with insurance included, you may not get a refund from the carrier.

Depending on the damage, I can partially refund damaged orders returned to me if you have spoken with me about the refund, I have received the product, and checked the condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

-Remakes and Exchanges-

If you want your horns made differently (or attached differently), I'm more than happy to work with you on receiving the old product and getting you a re-made product that you'll love. You only have to pay costs to return the first pair and receive the second, unless a change requires additional payment. This does not apply to special horns, however, I can offer to remake your horns at a discount and you can keep both pairs. Headbands do not have to be sent back if all you're needing is different location of screw holes. They will have to be re-purchased for a re-make, so make sure you get as specific as you need with your order details with me beforehand.

Additional policies

All information displayed is subject to my final word, and if you do not read or acknowledge this information and try to dispute an order, it is not the fault of my party but yours. By buying from me you are agreeing to my policies and acknowledge that any policy is subject to change. You must talk to me personally if you have any problems with the order and expect any changes or refunds. I'm more than happy to work with you on your order and if you decide to dispute your order without contacting me, it will not go smoothly and you most likely will not get anything out of it so please make the effort to talk to me instead. Please do not threaten me or my shop; you will have your order cancelled and future orders denied. I respect my customers and expect the same in return.

If you do not like the pricing (which is based off materials and the large amount of time to make my products) then don't buy! Artist's work should not be undervalued; it is time spent working much like you spend your time working. I do not ask you to do work for free or for less and if it's a problem to you, you're welcome to buy your own materials and make your own order.

If you are purchasing art, you do not gain rights to the image. It is to be displayed and is still my creation, so do not try to sell as your own as the original piece or in prints. Unless it is said otherwise in the listing, all the art listed in my shop are original pieces.
