Genuine / natural stone upgrades for your jewelry order. This listing is for one 3mm stone. You select the stone type and quality desired from the drop-down menu. Please note all opal, moonstones and turquoise stones are smooth cabochon style. All other stones are faceted gemstones.

* 3mm natural / GENUINE gemstones
* various grades, indicated by A, AA or AAA system for most gemstones, SI1 or VS for natural diamonds
* Natural stones tend to vary in color intensity and potential natural inclusions, more so than lab created stones. Smaller stones such as the 3mm may appear lighter in saturation than a comparably larger stone. Your particular stone will be a bit different from the photo, as is the nature of genuine stones.
* This item is meant to be added to any order that already requires a stone as an upgrade. If purchased without any additional jewelry item, we will ship the loose stone.
*NOTE, the following gemstones are cabochon style (smooth surface, not faceted):

The sky blue was lighter than I anticipated, BUT I was well warned of that in your seller notes that colors may come out different in natural stones. It kinda looks a little lIke aquamarine. But it's still beautiful and still worth it!

Once your item is complete, our standard shipping rate delivers your package via USPS First Class Mail, (estimated 3-5 days delivery) with Delivery Confirmation. In order to keep your shipping cost low, packages will be shipped the most economical rate--generally First Class (tracking services now available to Canada and 14 other countries, TBA soon!). Please allow at minimum 2 weeks, and up to 6-8 weeks (depending on customs hold time) for regular delivery (FIRST CLASS) outside the US.

Shipping and production upgrades are available at checkout to accommodate rush needs!

~ INSURANCE NOTE ~ When insurance is purchased for International Packages, it is only available for the duration that your parcel is traveling within the US. Due to un-enforcable / non-transferable differences in International Laws, we cannont insure your package outside the US.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
►Change requests or cancellations after 6 hours will incur a change fee or restocking fee. RUSH orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.

►No refunds on customized items (i.e. but not limited to letters, stamping, size customization, birthstones, etc.)

►Refunds not accepted for the following, but not limited to: wrong size (see EXCHANGES below), incorrect info submitted by the buyer at checkout, buyer not understanding what they purchased (please read the listing carefully and contact us prior to placing an order with questions!), buyer's remorse, damage caused by the buyer.

►We occasionally offer coupons. Use of coupon in a manner not consistent with the stated terms will result in an invoice due before your jewelry can be made. We reserve the right to cancel any such order at our discretion.


►We can resize your ring for a nominal fee. If you need a sterling silver or gold filled ring re-sized, please use this listing to place a work order that will hold your spot in the queue and contact us for return instructions. Solid gold rings, please contact us first for re-size quote:

Resize request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and shipped back (postmarked) within 14 days of original delivery. Your request MUST be approved by us prior to shipping. We are not responsible for packages returned to us without notice. Exchanges should be sent via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Each item will be inspected for quality prior to shipping in order to ensure your complete satisfaction. We try to represent each item accurately with photos and descriptions. While we do try to accurately represent items, however, please be aware that color may vary due to different computer monitors.

NO REFUNDS: Items are made to order, and a portion of your payment goes directly towards non-reimbursable services such as time spent making, packaging, shipping and conversing about your order.

►Our 14k gold is sourced in the US and meets all federal standards. It is in compliance with the EPCR Act. Our supplier has served jewelers for over 70 years. Below is a list of the 14k gold makeup. Clients are responsible for determining if our 14k gold jewelry is compatible with their individual needs.
