This listing is for one sterling silver Christmas tree/ pine tree charm. The tree has a beautiful open work design. This charm can be added to one of the necklaces or bangle bracelets listed in my shop. It can also be purchased on its own.

I ship all items via U.S. Postal Service first class mail. Tracking information is provided for all domestic packages. Most items are created and shipped out within 3-7 business days (or less). Custom orders sometimes take longer depending on the quantity and/or items ordered. You will be notified when your item has been shipped. If you need your item sooner, please contact me. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge along with insurance. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if you have declined insurance.

Pickup is available for those local to New Milford, CT. Message me prior to making your purchase to make arrangements if you prefer this over having your item shipped. You will be given a coupon code to waive the shipping fee from your order.

Payments

Akula Hope Designs accepts Paypal, credit cards, Etsy gift cards or money orders for payment.

All Paypal payments should be made within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase. If a purchase goes unpaid longer than 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.

6.35% sales tax will be collected for orders shipped within Connecticut.

Please note money order purchases will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared.

***International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country's customs.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
At Akula Hope Designs, I aim for quality service and workmanship. In general, I do not issue refunds. However, I would like you to be happy with your purchase. Please send me a message within five (5) days of receipt if there is a problem with the item you have received. Issues will be resolved on a case by case basis. Items in questions should be unworn and in the original condition that they were received. Items shipped back to me should be sent with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking as I will not be held responsible for packages lost or not delivered to me during the return shipping. In the event that a return is being authorized, and an item has already been shipped to you, a refund will be executed once the item has been received back by me. Shipping costs are not reimbursable once I have shipped the item to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

NOTE: All custom designed or custom hand stamped jewelry is not returnable, as it was created custom specifically for that order.

Custom Work:
I would be happy to create custom pieces just for you. Please message me or send an Alchemy request if you would like to discuss a custom design or order.

Size:
I clearly state size and length in every listing and do my best to show relative size in a photo. Please read this information BEFORE making a purchase. It's a bummer when a buyer leaves feedback saying 'it's smaller than I thought' or 'it's bigger than I thought' when the error is clearly on their part. So, please read my descriptions clearly. It will save us both a lot of disappointment. If you have further questions or concerns about size, please contact me before making your purchase.

Bangle Bracelet Size Exchange:
All standard size bangle bracelets (S, M, L, XL) can be exchanged for a different size if needed. A $2.75 domestic shipping fee will be charged for me to ship the new bracelet to you. International shipping rates vary by destination. Please message me if you need to exchange a bangle for a different size to arrange the exchange.

Sales & Discounts:
Please visit my store regularly for featured sales and discounts. Note: Volume discounts cannot be combine with other discounts. I will honor the sale or volume discount that gives you the larger amount off your total purchase.

Repairs:
If you feel your jewelry from Akula Hope Designs has become damaged due to our craftsmanship, you may send it back for repair. Each item is handcrafted. If the original item can not be repaired, a similar replacement item will be given.

If damage occurs due to wear or mishandling, the item can be repaired for a fee. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact me prior to shipping any repair items.
