All of our items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS. All domestic shipping includes Delivery Confirmation. We ship within 5 - 7 days of cleared payment, unless an item specifies otherwise.
Want to upgrade to UPS for better tracking or expedited shipping? No problem, simply convo us to that effect at the time of purchase and we will respond (usually same day) with the upgraded shipping amount.
We strongly recommend the use of UPS for packages outside of the US and Canada as we are unable to track your package beyond our borders and our liability ends there. We are not responsible for uninsured, lost or stolen packages.
PAYMENT - must be made within 3 days. If you need a bit more time, just let us know in an etsy convo and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
Having said that, please note that unpaid items left in your cart without response or communication of the need for an arrangement will result in the item(s) being relisted for sale and the transaction will be reported and negative feedback will be left for non-payment. Grrrrrrr!
On a brighter note... We accept Paypal payments and credit card payments via PayPal. Please make sure that your PayPal shipping address current and confirmed, as that is where we will default ship to your item, unless you specify another address at the time you make your purchases.
Please note: If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to with to pay with a credit card, no problem! At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions to make the purchase with the card of your choice.
REDEEMING COUPONS - 1. Simply place your order and purchase as usual. 2. In the "Note to Seller" box type in your coupon code #.
Once we receive your confirmed paid order, we will credit back the discounted percentage amount from the total purchase price (not including shipping)directly to your PayPal account. We will process your credit within 24hr to 72hr from the time of purchase. PayPal will then processes the transaction and you will have see a credit from Ametista LLC on your account.
REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATE To use your gift certificate please follow these simple steps: 1. Choose an item(s) you wish to buy. 2. Once you've made your selection, click on the green Add to 3. Cart button, but do NOT Checkout.
In the "message to buyer" section, please type in the certificate code.
If your gift certificate covers the entire cost of your order you will not be required to make a payment. If it does not, you will receive a revised PayPal invoice for the difference.
If only a partial amount of the gift certificate is used in the transaction, credit towards a future purchase will be issued for any unused balance. Please note, the original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
Our gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash, nor can any unused balance be redeemed in cash. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on gift certificates.

Returns & exchanges
We hope you love your items, but if for some reason you don't, we'll try not to take it personally...I'm sure we'll get over it...eventually. Don't worry about us, we'll be fine...sniff. Don't you give it another thought...sniff sniff!
The item(s) may be returned within two weeks from the date of purchase. They must be in the same condition which in which they were shipped.(New, unopened and undamaged.) The cost of shipping for the return of the item(s) will be incurred by the customer. After we receive the item(s) a full refund of the purchase price will be sent to your PayPal account.
Q - I want more than one of a particular mold but there is only one listed, what should I do?
A - Simply Convo us and let us know how many you'd like and we will increase the quantity on the listing for you. We make our mold to order so you can have AS MANY as you'd like of ANY mold we sell.
