We except most payment methods, you can call us about them! If your in PA we have to collect taxes on most items. You can cancel an item for a full refund if we haven't sent you a proof. You can ask for a partial refund if designed and not printed. No refunds if personalized and printed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Sorry, but no refunds on custom items , as they are custom, designed and printed just for you after you approved the design! We will not refund any order that is tracked and shows delivered. Most priority mail shipments are insured for damage up to $50.00 free. Need add'l insurance just ask! We will help you make a claim if needed.
