I chose Colissimo by La Poste: you receive your order at home.
If ever you would prefer another shipper (for example Mondial Relay for France and some European countries), just let me know and we will see if it's possible.

Each item has its own sending cost. I cannot count how much it would cost if you order several items in my shop, because each weight can be very different.
So, if ever you would order several items:
1) you pay the cost
2) I examin your order
3) I eventually rectify the costs and pay you back, or ask you for the difference.
Looking forward to satisfying you.

You can use any payment method: Paypal, credit card, Etsy gifts...
Your order will be sent as soon as I receive your payment.

Returns & exchanges

If ever you are not happy with your article, just immediately inform me, send me photos: I will pay you back if you send it back in good condition.
In this case, you would pay for shipping cost.
I would not be responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged article.
Packages must be checked in front of the deliverer to note an eventual damage. It is the condition to ask for an insurance indemnity.
A delivered package is considered as accepted.
If you wish, a garanty insurance can be added to your shipping cost.

Additional policies

The items I sell are aged, they have been used. So their patina and traces of use are part of their history.
Then, please, ask me any question as necessary, ask for more photos, just be sure of what you are about to buy.
