Orders are shipped out via USPS, Fedex Ground, or Fedex Smartpost depending on weight and volume. If you have a preference, please message me and I can try to accomodate your request (additional shipping fees may apply).

- DUTY/TAXES: All duty/taxes that are added by your country are completely separate from TheShippingGuru, and are 100% the responsibility of the customer. Please know your country's duty/tax charges PRIOR to purchase. If your order is a gift please leave a note at checkout so I complete your customs form correctly, thank you in advance!!!
- LOST PACKAGE: In the very rare and unfortunate event your package is lost, please keep me informed so I may be of help and expedite a refund. After 30 days we are able to file an insurance claim. After the insurance claim is filed it takes up to 10 days to receive a refund. I will work with you to quickly complete this entire process so you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In more than 20,000 sales, we have only filed 2 claims - again, lost packages are very rare!!!
- CANCELLATIONS: If you choose to cancel your order, there will be a $3.50 cancellation fee. If we are out of an item and you choose to cancel, there is no cancellation fee.
Cancelling an order is a surprisingly involved process. In addition to searching for your order, spending time to cancel an order within Etsy as well as refund your payment, we also have to adjust our inventory availability and this is a time consuming process. Instead of charging a percentage of your purchase, we charge the minimum $3.50 to compensate for the cost of an employee's time.
