Any shipping overages must be paid in full by the customer prior to the order shipping. Most orders will ship Priority or First Class mail. All orders come with free package tracking and the option of adding on insurance. I am not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.
Please make sure all of your shipping information is correct as it could delay your order if it is incorrect. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Returns & exchanges
Once orders are placed, they can not be cancelled or changed.
Because each item is made to order, I cannot offer refunds. If your item/items arrive and it is not what you ordered (i.e. wrong color or misspelled), I will correct the error at no charge to you.
Please note that you have one week from the time the item is delivered to express any and all concerns you have with your purchase. After that, all sales are FINAL.
My turn around time varies depending on the time of year. It is generally 1 - 2 weeks, but in my busiest time of year, it can be 3-4 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date please make sure to include that in the notes to seller....this will show up on our end and we will do everything we can to meet that deadline.
Please make sure to include all information we request in the notes to seller. (i.e. name, color choices, etc). In the event we have to contact you for this information it may delay your order.
