Shipping & policies
I will ship most items within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Larger items may take longer, and will be noted in the listing. I generally ship USPS, using whichever option is most economical. I am happy to combine shipping if you purchase more than one item; otherwise, the shipping cost given is the price charged by USPS, and I cannot give a discount.
I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the post office; therefore, I highly recommend using the Priority Mail option, which provides you with basic insurance. If you would like to insure your order with a different delivery option, please convo me prior to purchase to make arrangements. I require Priority Mail for delicate items.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
If the difference between the quoted and actual cost of shipping is more than $2, I will refund the difference.
I make it a priority to use recycled/recyclable packaging. Please keep the good karma flowing and reuse or recycle it on your end, too!
I am now able to accept credit cards through Etsy's direct check out!
I also accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Items can only be shipped once payment has been received and any checks have cleared.
In the event you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can try to cancel the transaction.
If after 3 days payment is not received and no communication is received regarding your order and/or payment, I will cancel the sale to recoup my fees.
Minnesota residents must be charged MN State Sales tax on sales from my store.
Thanks for your understanding and prompt payments!

I am willing to provide refunds for the purchase price if the item is returned to me within 7 days of receipt, and in original condition. I cannot accept returns on certain patterns, which will be noted in the listing. I'm sorry, but all shipping costs would be your responsibility.
For items that arrive damaged, please contact me with a photo documenting the damage. If possible I will replace the item, or refund your purchase price. Insurance is available by request.
Please understand that all sales are final for printed material, patterns, and sale items.
Many of my pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made-to-order photos. I'm more than happy to answer any questions or send additional photos to help with your purchase decision.
By making a purchase from me, I assume that you've read and agree to all my shop policies.
Another note: I currently live with one Siberian Husky and two cats in a one-hundred-year-old house that came complete with dust, mold and charm. This is not to make light of people with environmental sensitivities; it's just a fair warning that my items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free. We are a smoke-free household.
Thanks so much!
