This ravioli form is in very nice condition. It remains stored in its original box from Vitantonio MFG. CO., Willoughby, Ohio 44094. Made from heavy duty aluminum, you can make 12 ravioli at a time. Although it is sold as a ravioli form, it is also ideal for making pierogi as well as filled and unfilled cookies, and canapes. I cannot find a date but believe it is 1970s or so.
The heavy duty base is sturdy with for rubber feet. It is marked: IPS Torino. RAVIOLAMP Made in Italy. Mod Depositato Brevettato. A small rolling pin is also included as well as an instruction sheet with four recipes. (Ravioli Dough,Ravioli Meat Filling, Ravioli Cheese Filling and Ravioli Sauce.)
The mold has a few minor scratches or similar marks on it which will not affect its performance but should be mentioned for a most accurate description. Otherwise, this form is bright and shiny and looks as though it was only used once or twice -- if at all.
The original box is in very good, solid condition and is without tears.
