*This item includes the personal text engraving. *PLEASE e-mail us the name & date you would like to be engraved, the date will go in numbers (example: 1-10-14). It is written in ONLY TWO LINES. If the information is not sent to us within 3days the frame will be shipped out without the engraving, the shipping will be delayed until the required information is received.

*SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship FedEx Ground only. This is done for your convenience, as it allows for tracking packages, seeing where the package is at any point and when it is expected to arrive to you. Naturally, we always forward a tracking number to each buyer as soon as the package ships out. An average transit time is 4 days; however, we do not guarantee it, as it is beyond our control and varies depending on your location. Please note that FedEx does not ship to APO addresses or PO boxes, so we do need your street address. Phone number, though not required, also helps to ensure a smooth delivery. If you absolutely cannot provide us with your street address, please contact us prior to making your purchase to discuss possibilities.

We accept returns for any reason or no reason at all, however, there are four conditions:

•All the returns shipping charges will be borne by you. Please understand that we're taking a loss on each return, as we do not resell returned items. We accept this loss only to provide you with an easy shopping experience. We even do not apply restocking fees, which is a customary procedure at most companies, but we hope you would agree that we cannot pay for the items to ship back and forth if you changed your mind.
•Naturally, all returns should be received in the original condition, shrink wrap intact.
