All orders (excluding fully custom designs and orders requiring a proof) received before 2PM EST, Mondays - Fridays are shipped out SAME DAY. All orders received after the cut-off and during the weekends or Holidays are shipped out the next business day. To get your order to you quicker, NO proof is supplied unless you request for one. All orders requiring a proof are shipped out only when you approve the design. Proofs are delivered within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

All of our labels can be personalized (text, color, etc) at no additional cost to you. In the "note to seller" upon checkout, simply indicate your custom text, names, date and color palette that you'd like and we'll take care of the rest! Please note that this does not include fully custom designs, i.e., any design that we need to create for you from scratch.

Shipping timelines will vary depending on where you reside and which method of shipping you purchase. As a general rule, here are Canada Post's delivery standards for regular and expedited mail: Within Canada: 2-8 business days Within Canada, via Priority: 1-4 business days guaranteed To the USA: 5-15 business days To the USA via Tracked Packet - 5-8 business days (tracking only, not priority mail) To the USA, via Priority mail: 2-4 business days guaranteed To the USA, via Overnight mail FedEX - 1-2 bus. days Everywhere else: 5-10 bus. days Everywhere else, via FedEX Priority Intl Mail: 3-6 business days guaranteed We recommend when purchasing regular mail that you allow a few days buffer in case there are any unforeseen postal delays.

In order to ship out our labels quickly and get to you faster, we don't provide a proof unless you ask for one. In those cases, we deliver the proof within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Note that when you request a proof, we don't print until you've approved the design so your shipping timeline can be delayed as such if you don't send us your approval right away.

We encourage our customers to let us know either prior to purchasing or in the "note to seller" upon checkout when they require their labels.
