VERY IMPORTANT: Please be sure the shipping address provided to us IS the correct address you want your items shipped to. We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive. Each items is packed with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally 3 day priority for hardware and 3-7 day Freight Carrier for large items Freight Shipping: 3-7 Business Days. No weekend or holiday delivery. Your order will be secured in a custom shipping crate and shipped via a Freight Carrier. If your delivery address is classified as Residential, the carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please provide your phone number to us upon ordering. Without a delivery appointment the carrier will not deliver to a residential address. Freight Delivery service is “Curbside Delivery”, meaning that service provides delivery to the curb or at the end of your driveway. The customer is responsible for making arrangements (including providing extra manpower) to move your product/order to their final location. The driver is not responsible for transporting products beyond curbside delivery. Transit times on freight shipments generally range from 3-7 business days. Delivery dates are all estimates and are subject to change.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect their order before signing the delivery receipt. If the customer does not note any damage to the order or accepts the order the CUSTOMER IS THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS back to White Shanty. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping back to White Shanty if the customer accepts the shipment.
Please note: Customers have the right to refuse shipment if for any reason they feel their order has been damaged in any way. Please note the damage on the delivery receipt whether accepting shipment or refusing shipment.
**Shipping cost does not include LIFT-GATE. You will need to make arrangement with the shipping company if you would like them to provide this service. If not, please ensure you have a method for unloading the shipment.**
International Shipping: In the case of international shipments- Duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained/returned by customs officials.
Payment: Full payment must be received before White Shanty will begin working on an order. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Custom Orders: If for any reason you decide to cancel a custom size project after you place your order, you have 3 business days to cancel to receive a full refund for total amount paid. Should you choose to cancel after the 3 business day time allowance, we will charge 25% of the total amount.
Changes: Changes to dimensions will not be accepted after 5 business days of placing your order. If changes are requested after this time period there may be an additional charge applied depending on the circumstance(s).
Returns & exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges: The customer always comes first. If a customer is not happy with a purchase from White Shanty, every effort will be made to correct the situation. In the event of damage or mistakes caused by White Shanty, parts and labor will be provided at no charge to remedy the problem. Should the customer still prefer a refund, one will be given (minus a 50% processing fee and any shipping costs) provided the refund is requested within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are given on custom orders or international orders.
