**Domestic Packages**
Most packages weighing 13oz or less will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Larger or heavier packages will usually ship via USPS Parcel Select or USPS Priority.

**Tracking & Confirmation**
Tracking is always provided. Please note that USPS Tracking on all rates / classes has become unreliable and is often inaccurate.

You will receive confirmation of our shipment including tracking information automatically. **Please give the USPS a few days to accurately show the progress of your package to its destination.**

**International Packages**
USPS First Class International is no longer offered as a shipping option.

USPS Priority / Priority Flat Rate International will be offered on an item-by-item basis.

**Handling Time**
I strive to ship all packages within one (1) business day. Do I miss that occasionally, yes -- sometimes. Do I often exceed that, yes -- often I ship same day and on Saturdays.

**Shipping Upgrades**
Upgraded shipping options will be included on a listing-by-listing basis.

**International Duties & Customs**
International customers assume all responsibility for any duties, taxes, customs fees or any other applicable charges which are due upon arrival or delivery in the destination country.


Payments

**Payment Methods & Deadlines**
We accept PayPal & credit cards online through Etsy. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.

Payment is required upon checkout for all standard listings. Different terms for personal or custom listings may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

**Sales Tax**
8.25% State & Local Sales Tax will be applied to the total value for all shipments headed to a Texas, USA shipping address. Yes, that's the *total value* including shipping.

**Order Change or Cancellation Policy**
We will do our best to help you change or cancel any order prior to shipment. If your order has already shipped, please see the Refund policy for more information.

In regards to requests for order changes or cancellations -- please note that I strive to shop all items within one (1) business day. I often ship same day and on weekends. As such, I can not guarantee your ability to cancel or change an order prior to shipment. If you do need to cancel or change an order, please contact me via telephone at the number provided on your receipt.


Returns & exchanges

**30-day Standard Return Policy**
We want your to be happy with your purchase and welcome your return within 30-days of receipt. We will base the date of receipt on the shipping carrier record of delivery.

**Extended Holiday Returns**
To accommodate & encourage holiday gift shoppers, we're offering an extended return period for purchases made between November 15 & December 31, 2014. Purchases made during that period may be returned within 45 days or by January 15, 2015 -- whichever is LONGER. All other standard policies apply.

**Return Authorization**
Please send us a "convo" through Etsy prior to returning your items. We will make note to watch for the return and give you instructions for shipment.

**Additional Terms & Conditions**
Returned items must be in their new, sell-able condition. All items must include the original and undamaged packaging and tags as applicable. We will not accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, tear, damage (including packaging).

Shipping & Applicable Handling fees are not refundable.

If your order was eligible for free or discounted shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. In the case of partial returns a pro-rated shipping cost will be applied.

Buyer pays return shipping & assumes all responsibility for the safe arrival of the returned items. Tracking & insurance are strongly encouraged.

**Items You May Not Return**
-Final Sale & Clearance (this will be noted on the listing)
-Copy-written items such as patterns, books, magazines, digital items or similar items
-Any item which specifically notes in the listing that it may not be returned

**Missing or Damaged Packages**
If a package goes missing, fails to arrive or arrives with damaged contents we will issue a full refund or re-ship your items at our cost.

If you believe your package is lost or it arrives damaged, please Convo via Etsy immediately so we can address the situation.

Prior to issuing a refund or re-shipment, we may require proof (likely via photos) of the damaged package so we can pursue a case with the carrier. **If your item arrives terribly damaged the best route is often to refuse the package and have it sent back to us. If you are able to do this, please Convo to let us know.

As the USPS does not guarantee delivery times, and transit times can vary greatly from shipment to shipment - we require a reasonable amount of time before we declare a package missing. The actual times will vary by season, destination and specific circumstances, but generally speaking:

**We will issue a refund or re-ship if the package is not "accepted" by the USPS within 10 days of the label having been printed.

**We will issue a refund or re-ship if the package has been "accepted" by the USPS but fails to arrive at the intended destination within 30 days.

If the carrier shows that the package has been delivered to the intended destination, we will not issue a refund or re-ship.

**Items Shipped in Error**
We, of course, assume all responsibility for shipping you the correct items. If we make a mistake, and we occasionally do, we will refund or re-ship immediately.
