With 8 of the cards by La Petite, and one by Streamline, these original, unused purple button cards are killer fantastic!

Each card has the buttons securely attached, and each card has a different amount of buttons, but all are original and all are COMPLETE!

Originally made in the 1940's/1950's I find these belles indispensable. I punch holes in the top and slip colored baker's twine through the hole (or pretty ribbon), and tie them to gifts and notes.

When I bake cookies or cupcakes for friends, these fab retro babes get attached to the platters.

I have put ribbon backings on them, and used them as bookmarks. They are great for enclosures and a fun way to label boxes of supplies: just pop these adorable puppies on the front and write the supply name on the back! I've also attached stunning hat pins (stick pins, trinket pins) through the strong cardboard to add a certain "zing" to any gift.

And of course - you can use them for....duh...sewing!

Super for any event: showers, name tags, place cards, centerpieces -- you name it: uses as endless as your imagination.

You may see what appears to be a broad difference in pricing on some vintage items. These prices are not arrived at by serendipity. Individual item prices are based on age, rarity, artistry, size and condition. Feel free to convo me anytime if you wish to discuss this.


Please be aware that shipping costs WILL vary. They are calculated by weight. Some tin items, for example, are heavier than others. Glass is always heavier: some of it heavier than other pieces. Tablecloths are also generally quite heavy. I weigh everything before I list it and calculate a shipping cost from the weight alone.

If there is a discrepancy of over $1.00 in what you paid for shipping, I will refund the money to your PayPal account immediately.

I will generally notify you when you buy something, and give you a general idea of when I will be shipping your item (usually the next day). If you have any problems, please notify me so I can swiftly address them. Thank you!

I provide shipping notifications that include a tracking number to every customer directly after I ship an item.


If you wish an item insured, please contact me and I will find out what insurance costs and ask you to pay for it.


I am absolutely intent on providing my customer's feedback that is as positive as humanly possible, and providing it quickly. I'd appreciate it greatly, if you are pleased with your purchase, that you leave me positive feedback as well. If you have a PROBLEM with a purchase, a conversation or...anything...I ask you to contact me FIRST before resorting to leaving negative feedback. If you do not contact me first for reasonable conversation, I will not sell to you again.

If giving people negative feedback is how you get your jollies, please do not buy anything from me: I don't need the headaches.

I retain the right to refuse service to anyone who is extremely unpleasant, bullying, foot-stompingly demanding or flat-out insane. IF someone of that ilk still buys something at my shop without heeding my note to them that I will not in future sell to them, I retain the right to CANCEL the transaction. I will then refund your money. If you CONTINUE doing this for either spite or fun, I will STILL cancel the transaction and return your money.

Eventually, even you will get tired.

Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me to discuss, and in almost all cases, I will ask you to return it and issue a full refund for the original item. If your request is unreasonable, I will not issue a refund, however "buyer's remorse" is not a good reason for a refund.

I am very very flexible: I want my customers to be happy.

Additional policies

Please feel free to ask me to HOLD an item for you if you know when it is you are going to be able to purchase it - a time not to exceed one week. Always happy to accommodate. If I do not hear from you and have been holding your item for a week and have not heard from you, it will be taken off reserve.
