I love creating outfits for dolls and I hope you find something you like.
Camille is sugary sweet in her Cotton Candy colored slouchy sweater and pleated skirt. The slouchy sweater reaches just to the top of the tiny pleats.
The Yellow and Tan Version of this pattern(also in the pictures) is slimmer, sleeveless and fits close to the body and buttoned in front. Both Versions are included in this pattern. There will be two downloads when you make your purchase.
This outfit is knit flat. The top is knit in one piece from the bottom up with the sleeves knitted sperately and sewn in. The skirt is knit flat from the top down with a seam up the back and a button closure.
Both are knit using U.S. size 1 1/2 needles (UK/Can size 13) and crochet thread #10 for the top and #3 for the skirt. Aunt Lydia's was the brand that I used.
The stitches used are:
k = knit
p = purl
yo = yarn over, wrap yarn around right hand(working) needle
k1fb = knit 1 stitch in the front and the back loop of the stitch, causing an increase of 1 stitch
p1fb = purl 1 stitch in the front and back loop of the stitch , causing an increase of 1 stitch
k2tog - knit two stitches together as one, (causes a decrease of one stitch)
p2tog - purl two stitches together as one, (causes a decrease of one stitch)
s1 = slip, knit, pass = slip one stitch from the left hand to the right hand needle
skp = slip one stitch from left hand to right hand needle knit=wise, knit one stitch, pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch just made
spp = slip, purl, pass = slip one stitch from the left hand to the right hand needle purl-wise, purl one stitch, pass the slipped stitch over the stitch just purled.
k3in1 = knit 3 in 1 stitch = Insert right hand needle into next stitch on left hand needle and knit as per usual EXCEPT- Do not slide the stitch off of the left hand needle at the end, instead, wrap the yarn around the right hand needle a second time and dip it back under the stitch that you just knit on the left hand needle a second time. This time, complete the stitch by slipping it off the left hand needle. You will now have 3 loops(stitches) on the right hand needle from the 1 that you started with. This will make an increase of 2 stitches.
The pattern is ready for immediate download and I accept all major credit cards and paypal for purchase.
*NOTE - the Rainbow outfit in the photos is NOT included in this purchase - this photo demostrates the backside of the pink outfit. The Rainbow outfit is available seperately -also in my shop, OR the two outfits can be bought together for $6 and you will find that option in my shop as well.
