Handspun, hand dyed art yarn, in shades of purple, light blue, marine blue, pink, coral, and mauve. The random dyeing creates wonderful colour combinations when the yarn is plied.
The wool is soft and springy - it would make a great hat, but it is soft enough to wear against the skin.
I spun this myself, but I can't lay claim to the colours! I attended her workshop, then bought roving dyed by Carol Everett, a local dyer here in Victoria. I think the wool is probably a Merino cross in origin.
The yarn is in two skeins and I have priced it as one item, but if you should wish to buy only one, I can quote for that. Please check before ordering.
Skein 1 - length 33 m (36 yds), weight 25 g (just under 1 oz)
