Item details

I needed a Mad Hatter fascinator for a tea party and promptly designed this little cutie made of fancy paper. In putting together this tutorial I realized that there are specific steps to this project that make it a breeze to complete and produce great results. Once you know how, it's easy to put together - you can crank out several at a time, if necessary.

This fascinator is perfect for tea parties, Steampunk festivities, bridal showers and other events.

Please understand this is the tutorial for this top hat fascinator.
