**All US orders are mailed by USPS First Class Mail in a bubble envelope and a tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after your package has shipped. If you would like a different shipping method, please contact me before you make your purchase. The estimated transit time after shipment is made is approx. 1-3 business days in most cases (according to the USPS website).
**International Orders - Shipped via USPS First Class mail. Delivery is approximately 2 weeks from the date of shipment. However, due to your country's customs inspections and processing, it may take up to 4 weeks for international packages to reach their destination. International customers please note that you may be charged duties (Customs/Import fees) by your Country. Tracking is not available for international orders.
**Insurance Occasionally, shipments become lost in transit. Purchasing insurance is recommended as I cannot be held responsible for loss once your package has been shipped out. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact me one month after the purchase date and I will get back to regarding your order. Please note that I cannot file an insurance claim if it has been over 6 month from the shipping date, so please contact me prior to this deadline.
•U.S. Customers - Add $1.50 to the regular shipping cost
•Overseas Customers - Add $3.50 to the regular shipping cost (unfortunately, tracking is not provided for international shipments). Your parcel will then ship as a "Small Packet" with $100 insurance coverage.
Currently I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Etsy Gift Cards for all purchases. Please keep in mind that I do require payment before any item is shipped out.

IMPORTANT: If you make a purchase and realize that the address entered during checkout was incorrect, please inform me ASAP. I will have to cancel and refund the order. Once that has been done you can proceed to repurchase the item with the correct address. Due to scams, I will not be able to ship to a different address from the Etsy invoice.
Please read the following for situations where you realize AFTER the order has been shipped that you've entered the wrong address. I do not refund or free replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, if you put in a Change of Address with the Post Office when you moved, the package may be in the process of being forwarded or if marked Return to Sender by the recipient at the address delivered to on the invoice it may be on it's way back to us. This can take 2-4 weeks to be returned to us. If it is returned, you will be notified and you will have the option for a refund less shipping - or to purchase shipping to your correct address at that time.
Returns & exchanges
I will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to refund an item, I will gladly allow refunds 10 days from the date in which you received the item. If it has been more than 10 days, please convo me and I will gladly try to work this out with you. You will be refunded the cost of the item only and not the shipping costs. Please note that I cannot refund customized items. I will not accept returns due to tarnishing for sterling silver items as sterling silver tarnishes naturally over time. I would recommend the use of the polishing cloth that I provide with your purchase if your sterling silver jewelry has tarnished. It is very rare for gold-filled items to tarnish, but is possible if your gold-filled item is stored around high levels of chemical sulfides - in this case, the gold-filled items can tarnish. As with the sterling silver, I would recommend the use of your provided polishing cloth. If you feel that your item is defective, please convo me and I will discuss the situation with you.
Sterling silver will tarnish over time. However, sterling silver can be polished back to its original condition whereas silver plated items cannot. This is one of the reasons as to why solid sterling silver is more expensive and valuable than silver plated items - and is also why I ONLY USE sterling silver materials. If you place your order well before your wedding, please note that the silver will most likely tarnish. This can easily be polished with the cloth I provide with your purchase.
Repairs: I will repair any damaged or broken item 10 days from the date in which you received it. If you find that your item has been damaged through shipping, please convo me ASAP. I will send you a new item (provided that it's not customized) and will expect the damaged item returned to me.

For all other inquiries, please make contact with me via Etsy conversation, as direct emails to my personal email address usually go to my spam mailbox and I cannot reply to you in a timely manner.

JEWELRY CARE INFO: - Never take a bath or shower wearing your jewelry - Remove all jewelry before swimming - Be sure to apply hairspray, creams, make-up and lotions prior to putting on your jewelry - Avoid exposing all jewelry to any household cleaning products that contain bleach or ammonia - Wipe down your jewelry with the polishing cloth I provide you or a soft cloth when you are done wearing your jewelry for the day - Do not store your jewelry exposed in a jewelry box or on a jewelry stand - Store your jewelry in the enclosed ziplock bag that I send along with the black tarnish tab that is provided
***Please note that jewelry care will slow down the tarnishing process of silver items, but it will not prevent the tarnishing process as all silver will naturally tarnish over time***
