The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please note that we have a no return policy on our personalized products. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled. If there is an error on your personalized order that we made, we will replace it at no additional charge and not refunded. If an item arrived broken, please convo us along with a photo showing the damage. Items not personalized can be returned within 21 business days of initial order. Please convo us if you need to return a non-personalized item for the address. Shipping cost for return is paid for by the buyer. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please email us within 1 business day (immediately) of receipt of shipment with a photo showing the damage.
