Clothing: Shirts shipped within the US will be shipped USPS First Class, unless other shipping options are chosen. For international orders, Standard Shipping on shirts can take 4-10 weeks, and tracking is not available for these items. Please be aware that all international orders can be subject to customs delays, even if you have chosen upgraded shipping. I cannot be responsible for any delays or additional customs fees owed once the item is shipped. Please plan for this if you are ordering from outside the United States. I also cannot offer refunds because of delays in shipping on any orders.
Everything Else: I ship USPS Priority Mail unless making specific arrangements otherwise with a buyer. This method of shipping does not necessarily include tracking, insurance, or "it-will-definitely-be-there-by-this-day-or-we'll-shoot-the-delivery-guy" guarantees of timing. If you'd like one of those things, please contact me and I'll get back to you with a quote for shipping as soon as I reasonably can. (Well, except for the death threats to delivery people thing. I don't think it's going to be possible to convince me to threaten violence on federal employees, no matter how much extra you're willing to pay. Try Craigslist for that.) Again, for buyers outside the USA, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs delays or additional fees once it is out of my hands.
Payment may be made via PayPal or credit card on Etsy. Payment for custom commissions is expected before I begin work on the piece. Payment must also be received before prints and pre-made pieces will ship. You may cancel an order (with the exception of clothing) before it ships, or before work begins on a custom piece, by contacting me through Etsy. If you have requested a custom order, and I've already started work on it, payment is still expected for the time and work already put in, which may be up to the originally quoted price for the piece. Any consideration of refunds for custom work not completed (when it is the buyer's choice to stop the project) will be done on a case-by-case basis, in discussion with the buyer.

Additional return information
Clothing: Because each shirt is made-to-order, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be allowed on apparel items. (Each item states this policy, as well.) If you have a concern about your order at any time after it is placed, please contact me.
Prints and Other Non-Wearable Art: Once an order has shipped, any requests for returns or exchanges on prints and pre-made items must be made by contacting me, and the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to discuss replacement.
Commissions: All sales on custom commissioned pieces are final and non-refundable (you are paying an artist for their time and work). I guess if you really want to send a custom piece back to me, that's fine, but I still can't send you a refund. I do, of course, want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to the best of my ability to make sure you love your piece. I will try to keep in frequent contact with you, via Etsy convos, throughout the process, and will attempt to incorporate all requests and suggestions into the work. Be aware that multiple requests for changes to a piece that cause me to go outside my budget for the project may lead to a chat about additional charges before the piece will be completed.
I reserve the right to decline or refuse any request for custom art. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with my artwork style by browsing my gallery before contacting me about commissioning a piece. If you are wanting something that is totally outside my field of specialty (like a ceramic sculpture or a prom dress), it is unlikely that I'm going to be able to do that for you.
I am open to creating erotic or nude portraits, and have experience doing so. Of course, I cannot do these types of pieces of subjects under the age of 18, even if the subject is you, or sell them to buyers under the age of 18.
All works purchased here, whether pre-made or commissioned, are for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing one of my products does not give the buyer permission to reproduce the image for distribution or sale in any way. If you wish to commission a piece for commercial use, this must be explicitly discussed beforehand, and be included in the terms of the commission when purchased.
Thank you for stopping by, and for supporting independent artists and geeks everywhere! Happy Etsy'ing!
