Item details

This wonderful yarn has come straight from Japan and is a unusual blend of two perfect fibers that contrast each other perfectly. The strength of linen with the softness of a silk noil combine to form a wonderful yarn that is perfect for knitting, crochet and hand weaving. A blend of 54% linen and 46% silk noil is recommended to be dry cleaned after the item has been washed once and blocked. I don't see a problem with a gentle hand wash in cold water but that is your decision and hand washing a small sample would be recommended. Excellent for dyeing. Available in 50 gram skeins. This yarn has 218 yards per 50 gram skein, fingerling weight.
