TjaEssence ships from Minnesota and currently ships only to the United States and Canada. International recipients are responsible to pay for any additional taxes/import fees/custom fees should they be applied by their country upon delivery.

Unless specified in the item description, all items have already been completed and will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the items you receive are damaged, please contact me right away so we can find a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so constructive feedback is more than welcome.
If return of the item is necessary, the return postage must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Any refunds will be completed upon receipt of the returned item.
I believe that no problem is without a solution, so I will do my very best to work out a solution should there be any problems with your order.
I am open to both custom orders and wholesale arrangements. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to message me with your request and we can certainly work something out!
Please note: I do my very best to represent the true color of my items, but keep in mind that each computer monitor may be set differently, which may cause there to be a color difference.
Care Instructions: Unless specified, the hand knit and crocheted items in my shop can be machine washed on gentle cycle with cold water. For best results and longer life of the product, gently hand wash in cold water. Do not use bleach, or iron. Lay flat to dry.
