***We ship via the US Postal service with delivery confirmation as well as signature confirmation on expensive items. The shipping cost we charge is all inclusive, and includes tracking and insurance for your purchase.

***Reserves and Holds. This has gotten to be an area that has been abused too often for it to work for us any longer. In simple terms, it ties our merchandise up, and a small percentage of people actually follow through with their promises. ( I want to thank all of you who do keep your promises, but that is not the case with everyone) I absolutely hate the saying "If it was meant to be", but if it is meant to be, the item will still be here for you to purchase, when you can afford to do so.

***We no longer accept checks or money orders for the simple reason that many people do not follow through and actually send them. If you are in love with one of our items and do not use paypal or have a credit card, your best bet would be to purchase a visa or master card gift card at a convenience store and use it with direct checkout. Just be sure to buy a card that works with online sales. I am sorry it has come to this, but we have been held up way too many times waiting for money that does not come.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt for full refund. As with all of our policies, we are pretty easy to get along with. If you need more time to get a friends opinion, an item appraised, etc. just keep us posted of your intentions, and in most cases, we can and will be willing to work with you. The last thing we want is to have you keep something you are not totally happy with.

** The only area we have very little flexibility on is negotiating a lower price once you receive. We have a pretty simple and fair policy for both buyer and seller "Either keep it for your purchase price, or return for a full refund". We are not interested in sending partial refunds. I don't want to sound difficult to deal with, because we are not, but there have been cases of buyers playing a hostage negotiation game. They want $5 or $10 and they will keep it. No thanks, just return for a full refund please. We would rather wait for someone that likes it more than you do!

Additional policies

All items are guaranteed as described and photographed. Please view all photos and be understanding that all items have been used in the past and may have had daily repairs necessary to make them wearable over the years. In most cases we are not capable of knowing if an item has been modified or repaired in its history. If you need better/more detailed pictures if something is in question, please ask.
