A good deal for some much needed supplies. Shipping was slow but once I contacted the seller she explained why though it would have been nice if the seller took the initiative to let me know there would be a delay.
We ship via USPS . Tracking information is available upon request. If a customer needs upgraded shipping or alternate courier method to include UPS and FedEx, they can send us a message. We will need to add any additional charges to their payment total.
We accept all credit cards. State Sales tax is applied to purchases from Texas customers.
Returns & exchanges
We will accept returns and refund the customer after receipt of item/s for flaws that were not described in the item listing. The customer must advise us of any problems within 7 days of receipt of item for us to consider the return and refund to customer.
For any apparel item, we accept requests for alternate sizes if the materials are available to produce an additional garment. For Riding Attire, we accept custom orders.
