Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Buyer must contact seller with detail information to resolve any issues for refund. Buyer must notify Seller in 3 days from receipt of product with detail information with reason for a return. If the buyer does not supply seller with information for reason of return, after 3 days, buyer accepts sale, as fore filled and complete with out any issues. If a return is issued the Item must be return in original resell able condition in order to have any refund issued. Return code is need before the Item is returned with reason of the return.

Any returns and exchanges is at the buyers expense and responsible for additional charges including but not limited to increase of price to exchange a different size or product as well as shipping charges. Any refund and exchanges must be return and in hand no later then 7 days from date of return code and or agreed return time limited. This includes any exchanges if agree upon at the sellers discretion. If the item is not return within the 7 days or agreed time limited, then the return is cancel.

If you ship the item back after the return time frame limited has expired or return with discussion of a return/exchange and send the item back (forced return) and/or no return code with instructions for the return, the item will be rejected and return to shipper(buyer). You must provide tracking information and insurance on any return products. Any returned items not insured and are damage in shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to measure yourself to ensure proper fit.

Returns for miss measure, change mind, and/ or not checking for fit is the buyers responsibility. Measuring another garment does not ensure proper fit. Using existing garments for measurements, has shrink and stretch over time from wear an tear and what washing does to fabrics.

**If for any reason communication stops or becomes dead (no responds) this voids all returns and exchanges after 14 days from date of first contact.**

Seller charges 40% restocking fee on returns as well as no refund on shipping, Etsy fees, Direct Checkout fees, PayPal fees, etc.

*For damage merchandise, the buyer must send proof of pictures of the damage packaging and product within 24 hours of receipt of product. Under no circumstances does the buyer file claim on insurance. If the buyer files claim, all returns and refunds are canceled. That is the responsibility of the seller. The seller will replace or refund if the item is still in stock. Not all items can be replace as they may be one of a kind. Seller will file claim for damage product. Not the Buyer. If buyer files any claim, this revokes any returns and refunds. **

Must be in original resale able condition upon receipt. If the product is not in resale able conditions, then the buyer forfeits the refund. Buyers is responsible for return shipping cost including any and*all duties* and *custom fees*. Handmade and Custom made items are not returnable. Refund is for product only. Custom Orders Policy:

Custom orders are always Welcome. I will try my best to research the request. Some fabrics may not be available for special ordering. So not all items may not be available for custom order. Buyer is responsible for any and all additional charges incur beyond the normal request.

The selling listing price may be subject to change based on supply cost that may have changed, but will notify the buyer for approval before purchase. I will list the custom order for approval and once the custom order is paid, it will be considered final/approved contract. No other changes can take place during construction or after materials are purchase .

Most custom orders will take about 2-3 weeks or longer depending on where in line. This does not including shipping time, but may take longer depending on the special request of your custom order. Any special ordering of the fabrics or additional products to construct the custom order may take longer. I will notify the buyer of any changes that may take place.

The buyer is responsible for correct information, measurements, etc., shipping address (FYI make sure your information is correct in Etsy), and custom orders are not refundable. Final sale. No Returns. When measuring yourself, measure your body. Do not measure a piece of garment/clothing instead of your own body.

If for any reason you change your mind during or after completion of the product you forfeit any expense incurred including but not limited to, material cost, labor fees, transaction fees, Etsy fees, etc.

Custom orders are done in which they are received by payment. Once payment has been made will put you in line for your custom order. Please do not ask for Rush Order as each one is done with perfection and accuracy. Each custom order is just as important, as the next one. Make sure you order in plenty of time for any up coming event.
