~ ~ ~ ~ ABOUT OUR RHINESTONE STENCILS ~ ~ ~ ~

If you are looking to make your your own rhinestone tee shirts or decorate our clothing with rhinestones, Breeful Melange can help you be a DIY-star with our reusable rhinestone template / stencils.

With rhinestone stencils you have the ability to use the design as many times as you like and you can make them using any colors you desire. All you need is the sticky stencil template, a backing board and heat transfer tape.

~ ~ ~ ~ OVERVIEW OF THE RHINESTONE TEMPLATE ~ ~ ~ ~

A rhinestone template / stencil can be created using a single line, outline or solid fill.

Our rhinestone templates can be created and cut using one or a combination of the following stone sizes: ss6 (2mm), ss10 (3mm), ss16 (4mm) and ss20 (5mm).

Additionally, we provide a stone count for every template and include application options for your rhinestone design.

Our rhinestone stencil cut on our sticky rhinestone template or a 5 mil mylar.

4. Stone Size: What size stone(s) would you like for your stencil: 6ss, 10ss, 16ss, 20ss or a combination for stones? If you desire a combination stones, please provide details for the stone sizes for each part of the artwork

6. Template or Digital: Let us know if you would like a die-cut template or if you would like the digital file.

FAQs

We have personally used and tested one premium stencil 20 times and the stencil was still intact. The manufacturer of the photo emulsion film says it can be used over 100+ times and I believe it to be true as long as you take care of the stencil. Additionally several clients informed us they were able to etch 100+ glasses using 2 stencils.

For glass etching, if you will be processing a small batch of products of 50 or less, one stencil is all you will need. However, if you will be working with 50 or more items and depending on your time frame, you may want to purchase one stencil for every 75-100 products, to decrease your overall production time. For painting, if are working with acrylic enamel paint, we suggest you purchase 2 stencils for every 50 products. With every order, we provide free instructions in PDF format for 1) using a silk screen stencil with glass etching cream (Armour Etch or Etch All Glass Etching Cream) and 2) using a silk screen stencil with paint. The production process for the development of a reusable silk screen stencil is more involved than a die-cut stencil. Our pricing for our stencils includes the time for the proof/design creation, materials, labor and our creativity. Additionally we include a pro-rated fee for our usage of electricity and water. ^_^

With every personalized order, we provide 2-3 rounds of revisions. We work with each client until they are satisfied and approve a design for finalization or production. Given the amount of time it can take to revise a design, be it changing the layout, searching for fonts or design elements, we no longer providing digital proofs for free. However. we do offer the option to purchase a $5-$40 digital proof which allows for the preview of a design before an order and for us to be compensated for our time. This fee is non-refundable, but to-date all our clients have moved forward with a purchase.

Stencils, die-cuts and label products are typically shipped using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express.

Large format and banner orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx without signature confirmation.

We provide a tracking number once your package has been sent.

If you would like your order sooner, please purchase express mail shipping.

~DAMAGED ITEMS~
All items damaged in transit MUST be reported to us via etsy convo within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns and exchanges when applicable.

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex or Paypal or US Postal money order. Orders will be processed once payment has been received.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

~PROOFING PROOFS FOR PERSONAL PRODUCTS~
With personalized products, it is the client's responsibility to check, review and proof any wording, sizing, numbers and all parts of a designs. Once a design is approved and produced, a refund will not be given or a replace item will not be provided for errors found post-production. However if the error is made during our production process, the client will be given replacement item(s).

~DIGITAL FILES~
Refunds for digital file orders will not be given once work on the first proof has commenced. Refunds for printable digital files and instant download orders will not be given once the digital file has been provided to the Buyer.

~ LARGE FORMAT PRINTED PIECES~
For custom printing orders, a refund will be given provided the file(s) have not entered into the printing queue. If a digital proof has been created, a refund will be given minus the digital file fee.

~PRINTED COLORS~
Be advised, colors on monitors may not match exactly to the printed materials that are receive. We cannot be responsible for any color discrepancies for this reason.

All text provided for inclusion in your piece must be typed to allow for cutting and pasting. For custom escort cards, create an Excel file or use a table in Word to place the guest name in first column and the table number in the second column.
