I do my best to ship the items on time but delays do happen. If you need an item by a specific date please let me know. The shipping time specified on items may take longer depending on the amount of orders I have at that time. I do my best to communicate delays. Orders ship the weekend following the ship date.
I ship most items via Fed ex. Any items damaged in shipping needs to be reported to my shop within 5 days. In case of damage pictures need to be obtained from the buyer of the outside packaging showing the damage as well as the item/s itself.
For shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii please email us for shipping cost prior to ordering your products.
Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Payment is expected at time of purchase. All major credit cards and PayPal accepted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Custom orders are non refundable. Custom orders include size, color, words/names and specialty made items.
For non custom orders, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item/s within 1 week of receiving it, I will accept returns less shipping costs to and from. To qualify for a refund the item/s must be returned to me undamaged. Refund will be issued when item/s are received and inspected.
