I am selling my lovely back stock of quartz crystal slices. These were made by Sularian Era and they are very lovely and well made cabochons.



A nice quartz crystal slice with a pastel banded natural agate matrix. Polished on both sides.

We offer free shipping and returns on all orders shipped in the U.S.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, for any reason you may return your order postmarked within 7 business days of delivery for a refund excluding the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with original packaging.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return, please allow 2 business days for the refund to process.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your jewelry is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will do our best to find a solution. In the event that an item is lost, we will ship a new order. If the item has been rerouted, please allow time for the package to arrive. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items that are marked as "Delivered." Once, an item is marked as " Delivered" we cannot file an insurance claim with USPS. Orders that are not claimed for nonpayment of customs duties are not the responsibility of EM Jewelry.


CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes. An email will arrive when your order ships with your package’s tracking information. (But make sure to check your SPAM account, sometimes they end up there.) Please note that orders shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail are provided with a Customs number. This number can be used to track your package through USPS within the United States only.

International shipments can track their package in the U.S. only. Tracking numbers will not work in some countries. Please, upgrade shipping to track your package.

Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant.

We will repair items purchased through Etsy or www.Elisha-Marie.com within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Elisha Marie is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization and include your name, the product name, and invoice number.



CAN YOU RESIZE MY JEWELRY?

Resizing rates starts at $5.00, plus shipping and handling costs.

(Note: Some of my designs cannot be resized due to the fabrication process.)

Once a piece has been altered, including ring re-sizing, it is also FINAL SALE.

JEWELRY CARE

Treat your handcrafted jewelry with care.

Storage is key to ensure a long-lasting glow. Store your jewelry in your suede anti-tarnish pouch or airtight container to avoid it from naturally tarnishing.

Put jewelry on after applying makeup. Cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes, and lotion can contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry. Putting jewelry on after applying these materials will limit exposure to jewelry and any potential damage.

Don’t wear jewelry in swimming pools and spas. Chlorinated water can react with the metals found in jewelry causing color changes and even structural damage. As a result, it’s a good idea to remove jewelry before entering the pool or spa.

Avoid wearing jewelry during sports/exercise. Heavy activity may scratch or damaged jewelry.

GOLD & GOLD FILL

Care should be taken when wearing or cleaning your Gold fill jewelry as gold can wear off slightly overtime especially with heavy use. Gold filled jewelry can last a very long time with proper care.

Proper care of your gold jewelry will ensure a long-lasting glow. Clean with a soft polishing cloth only.

STERLING SILVER CARE
Recycled and sustainable .925 sterling silver will naturally oxidize and tarnish over time. Use a soft polishing cloth to clean.

BRONZE CARE
Bronze is a metal that consists of a mixture of copper, tin, and zinc giving it that gold tone look. Bronze will naturally oxidize and tarnish over time. Avoid water, lotions, oils. Clean with a soft polishing cloth to bring back the gold shine.

*Please be aware that certain people can be sensitive to bronze which can lead to skin reactions such as green skin, black skin or itching.

Clean with a soft polishing cloth.

BRASS CARE
Brass will naturally tarnish and patina over time. Avoid water, oils, lotions. Use a soft polishing cloth to bring back the gold luster of the brass metal.
