I ordered these items over 8 weeks ago and they just arrived. I'm not one to blame the seller for the post system but the seller shipped them by 'surface' and not 'air' presumably because it was a little cheaper. this in my opinion is poor customer service. The shops policy's when I bought this stated that if I did not receive the item in 5 weeks I would receive a refund (which was misleading because the air time frame is 3 to 5 weeks). The seller did not honor this policy. Instead all the seller would say was be patient. The seller even tried to tell me my country does not have delivery standards (we do) and blamed the post strike which had not and has still not happened. We did agree to a refund at one point but the seller reneged on this a couple days later and again said be patient.
