This was a perfect fit! My duvet was actually 86" x86" but this comfortor at 88" x 88" fit in and gave it more puffiness. The fabric is also really soft to the touch and could be used without a cover, I love it! Thanks Stephanie

Love it! It is so fluffy and light enough to use all year round but heavy enough to keep you warm during the winter times!
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday 9am – 5pm. All domestic shipments will ship USPS Priority Mail Domestic unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Priority Mail is estimated to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after being shipped, as stated by the United States Postal Service.
All international shipments will ship USPS . Estimated time of arrival is dependent on location and customs. The buyer will assume all international customs and duty taxes and fees.
All bedding will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We will provide our customer with a tracking number. Embedded is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer will have to contact USPS regarding lost or stolen packages.
All furniture requires 2-3 weeks to construct. We use ExFreight as our freight company. e m b e d d e d guarantees the condition of our product until it leaves our premises. Once it is on the truck, ExFreight resumes responsibility. The truck driver will contact the customer to set up a delivery time. The driver will transport the furniture off the truck and to your front door. His services do not include unpacking or setting up your furniture. Please open the package and inspect the product before the driver leaves your residence to insure the condition of your furniture. If there has been any damage during delivery, please contact ExFrieght directly.
During busy sales times, products may take a little longer to make and ship. If this is the case, we will notify you by email and include an approximate delivery date.
Payments must be paid in full through Etsy before the product will be shipped.
Returns & exchanges
Orders begin production immediately upon order. The linens are put in dye baths within the first day of purchase. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time unless customer has received a defective product.
Due to the custom nature of our products and the intimate setting in which they are used, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine your item and notify you within a resonable amount of time whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the original purchase price less shipping using the original form of payment.
We do not refund or exchange products that have not been cared for according to our instructions. Please see our wash and care instructions.
Return Shipping: Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Shipping charges for any returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Buyer will also be responsible for reshipping costs if an exchange is agreed upon.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home to receive the package the USPS worker will return the package to the post office and hold it there for ten days. If you have not picked up your package USPS will return it to us. You will be responsbile for paying the shipping to resend the package. We will provide a tracking number. If a package is lost or stolen it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim. Embedded is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Washing and care of your hand-dyed linens: We wash our hand-dyed fabric two to three times before construction to ensure that the color does not bleed. It is recommended that the duvet sets be washed separately from the pillowcases for the first three washings. They must be washed on COLD and with no other clothing or linens. If they are washed on HOT the color MAY bleed. All linens will need to be ironed on the COTTON setting. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the color bleeds as we can not be sure that our wash and care instructions were followed.
