Additional policies

All of my listings include the size classification that many specimen collectors use to describe how large or small a sample is. Here is roughly what the terms mean:

Thumbnail –fits into a standard Perky box, a cube 1¼ inches on a side

Miniature –larger than a thumbnail but generally smaller than 3 inches (~7cm) on a side

Small Cabinet – up to 5 inches (13 cm) on a side; about the size of a softball

Medium Cabinet – up to 10 inches (25 cm) on a side

Large Cabinet – any piece larger than 10 inches on a side

Large Display – a specimen generally too large to fit on a display shelf and is better suited to its own stand or display case

If you have any questions about an item or would like additional photos or descriptions, please contact me. Also, if there are specific mineral species you are looking to add to your collection, but do not see here, contact me. I have many more items in my inventory that are shown here and have access to other dealers that offer good specimens at fair prices.
