Handcrafted out of Oak, this yarn swift has adjustable pegs to fit any size skein, even the new MINI skeins.Iit can hold a skein as small as 14 inches around or as large as 64 inches around, very versatile. This yarn swift collapses into a neat little package with storage units for the pegs underneath. Easy to transport with just the twist of a wing nut. Comes with 4 wood pegs and is built with a steel ball bearing for generations of service. The swift has reinforced feet for extra strength. We will happily engrave it to make it a family heirloom for a small extra fee. 22 inches in diameter when set up and 22 by 22 x 4 x 1 when collapsed for storage. Shipping Policy: Our preferred method of shipment is to ship with USPS Priority Mail. We will provide insurancee for the item's purchase price. We will provide USPS with either your Etsy email address or your PayPal email address in order for USPS to provide tracking and delivery notification.
For foreign shipments, we will complete the necessary customs forms and include those with the package.
Alternative Shippers: Upon request we will work with the buyer to ship via an alternative shipper. We will do our best to ship items according to your wishes.
Tracking and Delivery Notifications: We will use either your Etsy email address or your PayPal address to provide you with tracking and delivery notificaitons via the shipper. If you do not want tracking and delivery notifications or wish to have them sent to an alternative email address, please let us know at the time you place the order.
Prompt Shipment: If your order is received before 9:00am Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday excluding USPS postal holidays, we will do our best to have that item shipped via USPS that day. If your order is received after 9:00am Pacific Time, we will ship it via USPS the following day.
Shipping Costs: Our shipping cost include the cost of shipping passed on to us from the shipper, the cost of packing materials and the cost of the shipping carton. When possible, we use recycled shipping cartons or free shipping cartons provide by USPS, and recycled packing materials such as peanuts and bubble wrap. Our intent is to keep shipping to a minimum. If Etsy charged you more for packing and shipping than it cost us, we will reimburse you the difference via PayPal.
USPS Changes in Service and Delivery Policies: If the USPS dramaticallly reduces service policies or changes delivery schedules, we will evaluate alternative shippers in order to keep our shipping costs as low as possible with reasonalbe delivery schedules.
We accept payment through PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout. If payment is made to PayPal with an eCheck, we will delay processing the order until we receive notification from PayPal that the check has cleared their processing requirements.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Return and Refund Policy: If the buyer doesn't like or is not happy with our product, we refund the product cost plus shipping within 1 week of delivery. We will send a shipping label to the buyer for the return postage in the original shipping box with the original packaging. (That way we know how much it will cost to return the item) .
Damaged Items: If an item is delivered broken or damaged, we will refund through PayPal the item cost plus shipping as soon as we are notified. We will contact the shipper for an insurance refund. We will ask the buyer to provide 2 pictures of the damaged item be forwarded to us via email or Etsy Convo so that we can show proof of damge to the shipper. We will also ask the buyer to keep the damaged item, shipping box and packing material until we receive the insurance adjustment or until the shipper provides us with furter instructions regarding the item.
Custom Orders: We are most happy to work with Etsy buyers through Etsy Convo to discuss any custom order. Before work begins on a custom order, we may ask the buyer to provide a pre-payment in order to guarantee that the buyer will purchase the product. Sageland Studio and the buyer must agree on the item cost and shipping costs before the work will begin. We will place completed custom orders on our Custom Order section of our Etsy site so that we can ensure the the item is available for purchase by the custom order buyer only.
Availability: We do not place items for sale that are not available or ready to ship. All of the items for sale on our Etsy site are complete, ready for shipment. We do not post items for sale that are incomplete, missing parts or are broken.
Infringement: We have no intent on violating or infringing on anyone's patent or copyright. If you feel we have done so, please contact us as soon as possible.
