You can get it either simply as it is or personalized. For personalization, we will add personalized bows and tags as well as decorative, artificial flowers. Please note that personalized will cost up to additional $1.50 each.
The colors were great, and the flowers were so cute! One of the boxes of blue flowers had one rose that had a few pieces of contaminant (not sure what it was, but it wasn't soap). I mixed the blue and purple roses in the boxes for a bridesmaid gift, and it turned out just as I imagined!
All shipments will be sent regular ground 5-7 business days or first class air international 10-14 business days unless requested otherwise prior to purchase. If you need your item sooner, please let us know and we will try our best to work with your deadline or will have to charge a rush order fee. International customers welcome! Canadian customers please provide your contact numbers for processing UPS shipments. Customs duties have to be paid by the customer!
Payments on orders are due immediately following purchase. Once your payment clears I will then begin making your order.
All shop coupon codes do not apply to all RENTAL ITEMS. Regarding rentals, 30% of security deposit from the total amount is required upon rental agreement, and will refunded when the rental items come back to the shop in a good condition.
Returns & exchanges
As items are made to orders, no returns are accepted. All sales are final for CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS. All items purchased on CLEARANCE/SALE or during a Promotional Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. If you would like to return/exchange your purchase, contact us prior to your return so we know to expect your shipment.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/ stolen/ missing parcels that we ship internationally to the buyers; thus, we recommend all international customers do register packages with tracking number, which will be an additional costs. We also are not responsible for lost/ stolen/ missing parcels you ship back to us for return or exchange. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.
All Rental products should be returned within three days after the customers' events end in a good condition; no food or wine staining, no residual food spots on fabric, and no physical damage to fabrics, including no tear or burn. If rental items are returned in damaged conditions, customers will be responsible for the damage, and security deposits will not be refunded. Additionally, customers will need to pay for the full price of rental items damaged, which is the price for purchasing a new item.
