Choose between pairs or get an entire matching set. Each piece is lined with a very soft and epically comfortable faux fur lining with no exposed rivets for those with nickel allergies. Due to design, it is non-locking only.

Neck lines vary from person to person. Please make sure to specify the size you need if you are buying the collar piece in this listing. The measurements are for the circumference of your neck where the collar will rest.

Important Info on Specific Fabric:
If you prefer your own matching fabric, please discuss this with me via Etsy conversations before ordering and when you do order, please include a note when checking out for the specific material you are wanting. Etsy conversations allow attaching photos to get the precise fabric you want on these cuffs. Alternatively if you would like it to match something you have already (like a corset) and you have the fabric you want used, I'm happy to accept you mailing the fabric to use, to me. However, I do not offer discounts for you providing me the fabric in questions and you will need to pay for the shipping costs to get it to me. I would require a minimum of a 2 ft x 2 ft square of fabric to make your custom cuffs, per 5 piece set.

We aim to ship to you within 3-5 business days on regular, "in stock" orders and will start production of any customized orders in that same time frame in order to ship it as fast as possible. Different products have different time frames, see each individual listing for more specific information. We use USPS Priority Mail 2 or 3 day shipping with tracking and up to $50 in insurance for most items. Long items and things that include straps and belts require a tube shape to ship and will be calculated by your zip code instead of being flat rate. Etsy has a feature that emails a tracking number to you once the shipping label is made so that you know when you'll expect your CheezyKrafts product to arrive. We generally schedule the email to go to you the morning after your order has shipped. We now ship internationally! My listings do not offer faster shipping, however, if you contact me and are willing to pay the extra $50+ for overnight shipping via USPS priority mail for items that are already in stock, I can do this via a custom listing and mail it the same day I receive your payment.


Payments

CheezyKrafts accepts credit and debit cards via Etsy and Paypal, Etsy gift cards, and if we are lucky enough to find you at local vending in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, we also take cash and the Paypal reader for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, & Discover on the spot. Payment required to clear before in stock orders are mailed & for custom work to start production. At this time, we do not request tax payments on online ordering - this may change as CheezyKrafts grows.

If you order and payment is not received in 7 calendar days, your order will be automatically canceled without notice and will not be shipped. CheezyKrafts may or may not send a reminder requesting payment prior to cancellation. You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours. We apologize about the short deadline but we aim to ship to you quickly on regular, "in stock" items and will start production of customized orders in the order in which they are received to be able to ship it as fast as possible. Processing/making time will vary on quantity and what you are ordering but will be filled within the time frame specified in each listing. Custom leatherwork has about a 1-2 week turn-around time from when payment is received to when I will ship it out. In stock leather items will be shipped much sooner than listed time. If you'd like to know if a particular item with particular features (colors, design, etc) is already in stock, message me here and I'll let you know.

Returns & exchanges

Soap, Hygiene-Related, and Bath Products Only:
Due to the nature of personal hygiene products, once a package is opened (not the mailbox it comes in but the plastic each product is sealed in), we will not accept returns. Some leather items are intended to be used against bare skin. Due to the nature of leather cleaning, if the item has been worn or used in a way in which human body fluids would have the possibility of coming into contact with the item, we will not accept it's return even if it has been damaged (except by shipping but it is highly recommended that you not use any item that needs replacing due to shipping damage).


All CheezyKrafts Products:
If there is damage due to shipping, please inform us asap to get you a replacement and for us to contact USPS as all packages are insured. Full refunds will be issued for canceled orders within 24 hours of ordering. No refunds or returns for customized, made to order items that are filled correctly according to provided specifications but without damage due to shipping or incorrect packaging.


We do guarantee that your order will be filled correctly and refunds/replacements will be granted up to 45 days after initial shipping for incorrect, non-damaged orders. CheezyKrafts will pay for all shipping related to getting the incorrect item back to us and the correct item out to you for our mistake. If your order is filled incorrectly and you choose to receive a full refund instead of a replacement (buyer's choice), you will need to send back the incorrect item prior to receiving your full refund & this shipping will be reimbursed by CheezyKrafts. See additional information section for products that are labeled as "Marked Down for Mistakes" as there are no refunds or returns on these items. Refunds & cancellations of orders prior to shipping in stock items or starting production on custom/made to order items but after the initial 24 hrs are on a case by case basis - please send a conversation as soon as possible but know that it is not guaranteed. Refunds/returns after shipping are not accepted if there is no damage to the item due to shipping, the item has been used or worn (see hygiene section above), or if the item was made to order and filled correctly.


Leather Products Only:
CheezyKrafts stands by our leather! All hardware within our leather is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. That means if you have a rivet or D-ring pop off, I will fix it. CheezyKrafts will pay for shipping to fix damage not caused by misuse of items - see each listing for specifics & message me if you have questions on the use of any items in the store (preferably prior to ordering). No CheezyKrafts leather product is meant for full suspensions of human beings or animals and damage from this is not covered. There are several items marked as able to handle "partial suspensions" which is defined here as: half or more of the wearer's weight is held up by the ground or safe structure they are standing/laying/kneeling/squatting/sitting on and not the product in the listing that is in use.


Items Requiring Measurements:
For items that are listed as requiring measurements in order to be made, production of these items, whether it's custom or a regular listing in the shop, will not start until measurements are provided from the buyer. This can be via conversations, the note to seller area at checkout, or via drop down boxes in the individual listing. This rule trumps my production time frame listed. Even if you are at the top of the queue, your item cannot physically be made without measurements. CheezyKrafts reserves the right to send reminders to the buyer if measurements are not given at the time of ordering. All collars require measurements to be made - in some cases, sizes will be labeled in listings to allow the buyer to pick a range.


How to Measure:
When measuring, remember you want a snug fit that isn't pulling on skin or uncomfortably tight. I use the "2 finger rule" which means, you should be able to slip 2 fingers comfortably under the tape measure during any measurements - necks especially. Please utilize the American measurement standard in inches rounded up to the nearest half inch.


If Measurements are Wrong:
MOST items requiring measurements can be fixed or resized.

If a CheezyKrafts product was made with incorrect measurements other than what the buyer provides (as in, we filled your order incorrectly) and the item does not fit right, CheezyKrafts will pay for all shipping related to getting the item repaired and back to the buyer as listed and with their given measurements.

If the ordered item is made to the measurements the buyer provided, and the item does not fit as described in the listing, CheezyKrafts will repair/resize the item at no extra cost ONE TIME ONLY, shipping both ways paid by the buyer, if resizing is possible. However, there will be cases where this is not possible or to do it would severely alter the appearance of the item. It is best to ask ahead of time if you have concerns over measurements. If the item in question is not resizable or would incur significant aesthetic alterations to repair to the point where it would no longer look like the listed item, CheezyKrafts will not repair or resize without discussion of a new listing at additional costs, to be determined on a case by case basis. In addition to this, the buyer will be paying for shipping both to get the item to me for repair and for CheezyKrafts to reship the fixed item back to the buyer. If it is not cost efficient to the buyer to resize an item in this category due to needing significant alterations listed above, which is determined by the buyer after discussion, the item will fall into the category of "All CheezyKrafts Products" in this refund section of the shop policies and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Undyed Vegitan in 2/3 oz, 4/5 oz, 6/7 oz (heavy), and 8/9 oz (very heavy), 2.5/3.5 oz Black Minelli (ultra soft sheep leather), 2/3 oz black, soft fabric cowhide for linings and other designs, thin black suede, designer goat leather (copper, silver, gold, & pewter available), iridescent cowhide leather w/ snake skin finish, and various finished scrap sheets that move in and out of the store as my suppliers have sales. "Scrap" implies somebody's leftovers, however, I only use undamaged "scraps" that can be easily converted for my purposes to give a variety of leather products without you ever knowing that I didn't buy an entire leather side. I also save and reuse my own scrap leather for future projects I haven't yet thought of.

Leather Hardware Available:
Dee-rings, O-rings, Trigger Snaps, Rivets, Grommets, 1/4" Spikes (yes they are sharp), Padlocks, Strap Loops, and Locking and Non-locking Buckles in a variety of sizes. If it is out there, you want it, and I don't have it -> I will get it. Don't let my hardware inventory hold your imagination back! All my locking items fit any padlocks I sell in my store, do not worry about size! *wink*

I also have the ability to sew leather. It opens up the possibilities for new ideas as well as a lot of leather work sellers do not have this option and solely use rivets to hold their wares together.

^ Whole Luffa is quite large and is only available in bulk orders of 6 or more soaps.

Bulk Slab Molding Only:
You may choose between straight edge cut & crinkle cut soaps down the large flat surface edge. Half a slab = 5 soaps, a full slab is 10 soaps. If you would like different cuts to make fewer thicker or more numerous thinner soaps, make sure to let me know or I will use the standard, uniform cut listed.

*Denotes a "non-bleeding" color:
Pigments in soap migrate over time if they are not oxides or labeled as "non-bleeding." This can be good in the use of gradients between colors during curing or really bad if crisp lines between colors or color & white is needed. It does take several weeks for whites to darken to a different hue or before a hard-to-distinguish, solid gradient mix between layers can be formed for "bleeding" colorants. So it is possible to choose colors for custom orders that are NOT listed as "non-bleeding," receive them with crisp lines, and use them prior to this ever happening. This depends on your color desires, how fast we report the shipping in each listing, and how fast you intend on using the product once it arrives. If you choose "bleeding" colorants for your custom order, we do not guarantee perfectly crisp lines between colors and this cannot be a reason for returns/refunds (see our refunds policy for details).

"House Stock" Fragrances:
You may see the words "house stock" on some of my listings under fragrance type. I get samplers of fragrances through my suppliers and sometimes I'm not too fond of the scent or it doesn't work with the type of products I have listed but is still nice and usable for a custom order. These change as they come in, are used, and I decide not to order more. You are welcome to contact me to find out the current house stock fragrances if you'd like to choose this option but want a little more information. Think of it as a potpourri fragrance. You are also welcome to pick your stock fragrance during communication, before or after ordering, if there is more than one choice available.

"Marked Down for Mistakes" Items:
I like to just spend time experimenting with what I can do with different color & fragrance combos or random leather patterns that I think up. Most of my ongoing and made-to-order listings are final products of recipe and crafting experimentation. Sometimes I grabbed the wrong color - the bleeding yellow vs the non-bleeding yellow. Sometimes I didn't put quite the right amount of apricot seeds in or used too thick of leather. Sometimes I decide that the fragrance and color(s) I chose just don't seem to match well enough to continue the recipe I'm working on. My "Marked Down for Mistakes" items are completely usable and guaranteed to have all the same high quality properties and ingredients as all of CheezyKrafts' products have. Any oddities with each of these specific genre of items will be listed so you know exactly what isn't perfect about them. The main problems with these are, generally, that there were only a few made and aesthetically, they may not be as pleasing as my regular line of products. A minor design mistake means saving you money! There are absolutely no refunds or returns on products in our "Marked Down for Mistakes" section & replacements are not physically possible with the exception of the 24 hour rule listed in the refund section of the shop policies.
