This electronic Science Fair kit is one of the earliest ones made available by Radio Shack. The only thing it doesn't have is vacuum tubes as solid state transistors were phasing them out and the ic chip was not generally available to the public in 1967. We had not even landed a man on the moon yet when this kit came out so it was very state of the art for its time. For ages 10 to adults.
A lot has changed in the world of teaching electronics and DIY kits. Now everything is Arduino microprocessor, robotics, or drone related. The breadboard used springs to connect wires instead of solid wire feed ic chip compatible boards used today. Even some of the electronic symbols have changed from the time the manual was first printed. One thing it does have going for it is that it has one of the best descriptions of theory that I've seen and I got a degree in electronic technology so that's saying something.
It appears that everything except the red pilot lamp and AA battery holder is included.
Bottom of box is made of wood and measures 17½ inches wide by 11 inches tall by 2 inches thick. Box top is cardboard and was stacking wear on edges but no split corners.

Returns & exchanges
In a perfect world everything fits and makes you appear awesome. However stuff happens. I accept returns but to improve quality and service I would like to know where I failed to wow in order to improve the experience for the next buyer. In the event of damage during shipping, I require proof (photos of damaged box and item(s) ) before issuing refund credit. Thank you.
