Please note that in general my stated shipping costs are accurate (determined by parcel value, weight and dimensions) and do include an element for packaging and handling as well as actual postage costs. I do not make any profit on postage and packing charges.
I sell only perfect items, and package all items securely and appropriately for shipping. I cannot be held responsible for damage to goods during transit.
Overseas Customers: Please bear in mind that your parcel will not actually leave the UK on the date I post it - it takes time for Royal Mail to sort parcels and ship them to the embarkation point. Shipping times for parcels to be delivered in countries other than the UK can range from 5-21 WORKING days, so please allow plenty of time for your order to reach you. Transit times will inevitably be longer in many countries during peak times like Christmas.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not happy with your purchase when you receive your parcel, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. I operate under UK and EU Distance Selling Regulations.
In the event of any problems at all, I would ask you to please contact me before leaving negative feedback. My customers are important to me, and I will try to resolve any issues to our mutual satisfaction.
If you need to return any item for a refund, please let me know and return goods using a recorded postal service for your own protection and so that you know I have received your parcel - if I don't receive your parcel, I cannot offer a refund.
Refunds will be made via Etsy Payments when returned items are received by me.
Where possible, sizes are given in Imperial (inches) and Metric (cm or mm). Weights are usually given in grams (there are around 28.35 grams to the ounce) - I am based in the UK and not familiar with using "cups" as a unit of measure.
Whilst I try my best to describe pieces and show colours accurately in photographs, I'm sure you'll appreciate that different computer screens show colours differently. Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of the components (eg handmade lampwork beads, paper beads) they do vary slightly in size and pattern, but this does not detract from their appeal.
Please note: Hill Tribe Silver has a high silver content and (like any other silver) will tarnish if stored in the open. To reduce this, store your silver (and finished pieces) in an airtight bag (eg: gripseal). For additional protection you can buy "anti-tarnish tabs" to pop in with your silver. I cannot be responsible for changes in appearance due to tarnish.
Tarnished silver can be carefully cleaned with proprietary products - for example cleaning cloths or silver dip (the latter on "shiny" finishes only) - follow the instructions and precautions carefully. Please note that if you choose to use silver dip on "antiqued" finishes, this may remove or reduce the "deliberate" oxidation and change the appearance of the piece. I cannot be responsible for changes in appearance due to cleaning.
