Hoiday delay: We will be shipping out all orders placed 11/20-11/26 on or after 11/27 and we will be not responding from messages 11/20-11/26 since we will be away from a computer.
Your orders are shipped by USPS first class (in order to keep the postage fee low) and I will send tracking info. Please convo me for priority shipping options or if you would like to add insurance to your order. Please note that all orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days*** (please note that this changes at times throughout the year. (please message me to discuss) If need your order by a certain date and are concerned about ship times please send me a message to discuss. Custom orders may take longer depending on the size of the custom order. Once your item ships it will take more time and that depends on if you chose standard first class shipping or USPS Priority shipping.
Once I bring your item to the post office it is considered shipped and is in the hands of the USPS. This means I am not responsible if the postal service does not deliver. If your package has not arrived on time please convo me so I am aware of the situation and I can help to contact the USPS.
Please make sure your Etsy and/or Paypal address is up to date. If you would like me to mail to a location other than your house please let me know!

International Shipping: Please note that with international shipping tracking info is not always available once the package leaves the United States and once I bring a package to the post office it is considered shipped and in the hands of the postal system of both the US and whichever country it is going to. If you feel there has been a delay in your order please don't hesitate to contact me but please understand that there is usually nothing that can be done and that I am NOT responsible for shipping another item to you if it gets lost in the mail.
Please note: International customers are responsible to make sure the mailing address is correct. If there are any specific requirements (such as phone number on the package) please let me know at the time of your order. International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Customer Satisfaction is very important to me. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if it is defective or if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Please ship back the item to me within 7 days (you will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item). Once I receive the item in its original condition, I will refund your money or send a replacement, at my cost.
Please note that I cannot be responsible for damages caused during shipping. I package all of my items in bubble mailers to avoid damage. I also am not responsible for lost or returned USPS packages. If you have not received your package on time please email asap so I can contact the postal service.

Be aware that computer monitors differ slightly in color representation, and the colors you see could be slightly different in person. As my work is handmade, please expect small differences between what is pictured and what you may receive.

All of handmade goodness you see in the shop are HANDMADE and MADE-TO-ORDER. Each item is unique and will differ slightly from photos due to its handmade nature.
All of the FELT I use to create our items are washable and Made in the USA. No glue has been used. The snap clips have been lead certified. It means our products are not only premium in quality but also SAFE & LEAD-FREE. I take care to thoughtfully hand stitch each piece! Please do not leave your children unattended with any of my products as they are not toys.
