Hand dyed yarn in finger weight superwash wool. Great for a light weight sweater, socks, shawls and more.
It's hot in the desert Southwest. You walk outside in the morning to find it is only 88 degrees. Many hikers head up the local mountains before 7:00 others yet not many tough it out for a later hike. Either way the sun beats down on you. The term "yeah but it is a dry heat" is often heard then followed by "turn your oven on warm and climb inside". But the blazing sun makes solar dying yarn that much easier. ~Blazing Sun
All yarn is solar dyed and set with citric acid for little to NO bleeding. Want to know more about the process see my about page.
