Delivery generally occurs within 10-15 business days, but please note that this delivery time frame is NOT GUARANTEED by Canada Post or your country’s post. I recommend purchasing your item at least 3 months prior to the date you will need it as shipping times and duration in customs can vary.
International shipments will not be marked as a “gift” and client/buyer is responsible for any duties/VAT/taxes associated with their purchase (invoice included with each package). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
We do not assume responsibility/issue refunds for shipping issues that are beyond our control such as if your package is lost, stolen, incorrect delivery or delayed delivery due to some unforeseen circumstance beyond our control( i.e. Customs holding, etc.). We do not issue refunds due to negligence on behalf of your country’s post, any customs office or the United States Postal Service ( USPS).
