Vogue Couturier Design pattern 1150 - vintage sewing pattern for an elegant skirt, blouse and jacket - from 1962
This timeless ensemble will take you to the office and beyond. The darling jacket looks sharp with the matching skirt and could also be made casual when worn with jeans. Several variations are offered for the pretty blouse, which can be made up with or without sleeves; you also have your choice of neckline bows: one version is narrow and the other is wider. The skirt is a flattering pencil style with seam details that will show off your sewing skills.
From the pattern envelope: "Suit and blouse. Fitted jacket buttons below slightly away-from-neckline notched collar. Welt pockets. Below elbow length sleeves have simulated buttoned vent. Over-blouse with tucked front is joined to hip band. Narrow neckband or folded over collar are extended for tied bows. Slim skirt has creased and stitched seams."
