STANDARD SHIPPING: We use USPS shipping options when sending your order to you. We use a combination of First Class Mail, Parcel Post, or Flat Rate shipping methods. All domestic shipping will have Delivery Confirmation included.
Note: Effective January 27, 2013, USPS has raised their prices for First Class Parcel and Priority Shipping, both Domestic and International. We make every attempt to minimize your shipping cost for your order. If you have questions about shipping costs, please do not hesitate to ask.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: On shipments that you would like to have insurance added please convo me before making the purchase so I can make the shipping price reflect the insurance rate.
LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once your order is shipped.
STANDARD PAYMENTS: We accept paypal for all payments. An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction.
CUSTOM LISTINGS: Payment is expected within 24 hours of a custom listing, after which the listing will be removed. This allows us the opportunity to fulfill your request, but to also release the products for others to purchase in the event that you change your mind. If you need to make an arrangement with me for payment please let me know ahead of me putting up a custom listing.
NOTE: Custom quilts, including t-shirt quilts, require a $100.00 deposit required once we receive your shirts. Once the quilt is finished, the remaining balance will be charged via a custom listing. Payment is required, and once received your finished quilt will be shipped to you.
Returns & exchanges
No refunds unless you feel there is a major discrepancy in the description of the listing. But my goal is your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let me know and you can return the item within 10 days of delivery and if I receive it in the same condition It can be exchanged for another item in my shop of equal value. I do not refund the shipping costs unless I shipped the wrong item to you.
QUILTS and CUSTOM ORDERS: All items are hand made; we do our best work on everyone's items that we make, if you feel that an item has slipped through quality control or have any other concerns when receiving your item please convo me with your questions. I handle every order that goes out!
FABRIC, PATTERNS, and KITS: We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 10-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke or pet odor to them. Returns that have a smoke or pet odor are ineligible for a refund. All shipping and handling charges for Ineligible returns are the responsibility of the customer. Ineligible returns unclaimed after 10 days from delivery will be considered abandoned.
