Shipping & policies
The US Postal Service (USPS) significantly raised all rates for shipping in January 2013, particularly for international orders. An additional rate change took place on January 26, 2014 that greatly increased the cost of first class packages. These price changes are beyond our control.
Wrap and Revel is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays in delivery by the USPS due to weather or other causes that are beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for postage costs for delayed delivery or misrouted or lost packages as a result of a failure on the part of the USPS. Only Express Mail packages are eligible for refunds for missed or late delivery.

~ PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Orders that contain made-to-order items will ship in the timeframe designated in the listing. All other orders will ship in about 1 business day, but usually on the same business day as the order. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order, as well as a tracking number.
~ CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
We work very hard to process orders and ship packages as soon as they are received. Based on our customer reviews, this expediency of shipping is greatly valued. Unfortunately, the volume of requests we receive to cancel portions of an order has resulted in delays in order packaging and shipping. To be as fair as possible to all of our customers, we will no longer be able to process cancellations or changes to an order once the order has been placed. Please take the time to review your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.
By purchasing with this shop, you are entering into a legal agreement. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before purchase. All sales on Etsy are binding and shops are not required to accept order cancellation requests.
~ INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship all orders to the "SHIP TO" address listed in Etsy (NOT the PayPal address!). If you make a mistake on your shipping address in Etsy, please contact us immediately so that we can correct your order. If a package is taken to the post office with an old or incorrect address it MAY be possible to recall the package. This will incur a post office-issued fee of $11.50 as well as the cost of additional postage to resend the package to the correct address, and there is no guarantee that the package will be intercepted and returned.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address listed in Etsy is correct. We cannot refund or replace packages that are sent to an address that a buyer has entered by mistake.

We're now offering FREE shipping on all US orders of $100 or more. To receive the free shipping, you must enter FREESHIPPING100 in the coupon box at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping charges once a purchase has been completed if this code was not entered during the checkout process.
~ PRIORITY AND EXPRESS MAIL UPGRADES
Listings now contain the option to upgrade to either priority or express mail. The cost shown for the upgrades will be added to the regular shipping cost of the item. At checkout, you will be given the option to select standard, priority or express mail shipping. The costs for upgraded shipping include both the postage fee for upgraded postage as well as a small handling fee to move expedited orders to the front of the queue to ensure the quickest possible shipping time.
~ DOMESTIC (USA) ORDERS
All US orders are shipped via first class mail, which arrives to most destinations in 3-6 business days. Packages weighing more than 13 ounces are sent by priority mail, which is supposed to arrive to most destinations in 2-3 business days but may take 5 days or longer. PLEASE NOTE that we CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery of a package in a specific timeframe. The US Postal Service is responsible for delivering your package on time, and we cannot control or influence their delivery schedule. Even guaranteed express overnight delivery packages have NOT been delivered on time in the past. If you need the items for a particular event, please make every effort to order early to avoid the disappointment of a delayed package, or contact us for shipping estimates for guaranteed delivery by UPS or FedEx.
~ LOST PACKAGES
If you do not receive your package in the timeframe you expect, please check the tracking of your package using the delivery confirmation number. If the tracking of the package indicates that the package is lost, please contact me to discuss the options for replacing your package. The USPS requires that you wait at least 21 days from the date that the package was shipped before filing a claim to receive a refund for a lost package.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund an order if the tracking shows that the package was delivered. If you did not receive the package, check with your local post office for help in determining the location of the package.
~ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
IMPORT/CUSTOMS TAXES AND FEES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary widely by country. The buyer is responsible for these fees. Please note that in some countries, these fees may be equal to or more than the cost of the original package. Please check with your local post office regarding import duties and taxes prior to placing a large order.
PLEASE include your phone number in the notes to seller at checkout. We do not receive this information from Etsy, but including your phone number on the shipping label can help prevent delays in your country's customs office.
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Delivery by first class mail to most foreign countries takes approximately 3 weeks and may take up to 7 weeks for some countries. See the bottom of this page for approximate delivery times by country. Buyers in Brazil are warned that the vast majority of packages sent to that country DO NOT arrive. If you live in Brazil, please contact me regarding options for tracking your package to ensure delivery, or accept the risk that your package may not get to you.
During the busy holiday season, expect shipping to take at least an additional 1-2 weeks (or longer!) to be delivered. Please plan accordingly when ordering items for the holiday season. Please contact me for an estimate to ship items by priority or express mail to receive items in time for Christmas.
Delivery by priority international mail is expected (but not guaranteed) in 6-10 business days. Please let me know if you'd like an estimate to ship your items via priority mail. Express mail is delivered in about 3-5 business days, but it is not uncommon for the delivery to be substantially delayed by a country's customs office while processing a duty/import tax.
~ TRACKING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
All packages are sent with a tracking/customs number. This number can be used to track the package while it is in the US, but for most countries it is NOT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVE THE UNITED STATES if it is shipped by first class or priority international mail. The customs number may help you determine the location and reason for delay of the package within your country's customs office. A few select countries have begun allowing door-to-door tracking of packages sent by first class or priority mail (see below for list).
The USPS does not provide refunds for lost packages that were sent by first class international mail. Unless you live in one of the few select countries that now offers tracking for first class packages, I cannot offer any refunds or replacement packages because it is not possible to determine the whereabouts of the package.
IF YOU REQUIRE DOOR-TO-DOOR TRACKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE to an international destination, please contact me before purchase for shipping quotes for FedEx or UPS (which will likely cost several hundred dollars), or express mail shipping.

Listed below are the approximate delivery times based on my recent experience with hearing back from customers in these particular countries. This is by no means a guarantee that your package will be delivered in this timeframe, but can be used as a general guideline when determining how soon you should order an item that is needed by a particular date.
Australia: 2 to 2.5 weeks
Canada: 2.5 weeks
United Kingdom: 2.5 to 3 weeks
Most European countries: 3 weeks
Italy and Spain: 3.5 to 5 weeks
Most Asian countries: 3 to 5 weeks
Russia: 5 weeks
Brazil: 7 weeks or longer, and many times the package never arrives (see above)
Most other countries not listed: 3 to 4 weeks

Important update: Effective June 12, 2014, the USPS is temporarily suspending tracking services to Brazil, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Italy, Luxembourg, and Portugal because recent performance evaluations conducted by the Postal Service for these destinations are not satisfactory. Customers in these countries have no expectation of tracking information (such as the date and time an article was delivered, or that a delivery was attempted but not completed). Customers who need tracking information to these countries should request Global Express Guaranteed® service, Priority Mail Express International® service, or Priority Mail International® service.

Returns & exchanges
If you're not happy with your item, you can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange it for an item of greater value, we will send you an invoice for the difference. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the original item and sending the replacement.
If you're not happy with your item, you can return it unused and in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. ***Items that may be used for food or drinks (such as straws and mason jar lids) or that come into contact with a person's mouth (such as balloons) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.*** We cannot refund shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent to you by mistake.
Items that have been special ordered at your request do not qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be notified by the shop before your purchase of a special order item to ensure that you understand that it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us for the return shipping address. Please note that all return packages should be sent using delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost by USPS; refunds are only issued once the item(s) are received back in good condition. Please contact us BEFORE returning an item so that we know that it is coming back and we can watch for it.

Please keep ALL packaging materials associated with your order, because photographs of the damaged contents and damaged packaging are required by the USPS for filing insurance claims.
